I received this product a few weeks ago as a trial test and review from growth bomb. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks and have noticed some amazing results. particularly in my nails which i often struggle to grow due to working in a cafe as a barista and them constantly breaking and being highly fragile. the growth bomb tablets are easy to swallow and create some great results. i havent yet noticed too much growth in my hair however my hair often takes a long time to grow and i will continue using it consistently to see some results

While the tablets are quite large, they are actually easy to swallow. I have found this to be a helpful product for managing the condition of my nails, and with the growth of my hair. It has been great in keeping my nails stronger, which is evident in it not splitting/peeling, and also with obvious amount of roots coming through. I've been looking into supplements to support hair growth for a while and know the magic ingredient talked about is biotin. These tablets have a good dose of biotin so I was hopeful. I've been taking them just over 3 weeks and this morning as I was drying my hair I'm sure my parting looked less, well, wide. I intend to keep taking them and will keep reviewing but feeling pretty confident of their efficacy. As an aside I didn't get chance to file my nails for a couple of weeks and usually they would break and split but only one nail did that so it seems they may've also had an effect on my nails too! I was gifted a sample product to review.

I've been using this product for a few weeks now and have noticed a big difference with my hair and nails.Before using the product, my hair was dry, damaged and super brittle from dying my hair so much but now it's feeling much stronger and I've noticed the fallout isn't as much as it used to be. It also doesn't snap as easily.My nails aren't as brittle and don't break as often which I was always a big concern for me - I couldn't find the right product to fix the problem but with taking these tablets over time, they have definitely improved.

I have been using this product for 4 weeks now and I have noticed an improvement to my nail strength.
