This batch of the 3mm cord was excellent quality. It was twisted tight and easy to work with on my macrame projects. The last batch I used was terrible…it was stretchy and as soon as you cut it would unravel and was very hard to work with. Make sure you check before you buy that the cord is tight and not stretchy.

I found the whole online process so much easier than any I have done prior, the cord is fantastic, the right size for what i was making. Extremely happy.

I buy this whenever I can for my macrame, sadly its always mostly out of stock, So is not a relaible supply.. But I do love fringing with this cord and yes its a bit stiff which makes maintaining knots that little harder but I still prefer it over single twist cord..
Nice to work with but the cut ends fray & unravel a large amount immediately upon cutting. You need to twist the ends back together quickly & then either knot or sticky tape the ends of each piece of rope you are working with. This is so time consuming & tedious. And it makes doing finer macrame or rope work really awkward & difficult.
I bought this cord not so long ago as a start to my macrame journey & so far I'm please with the quality & price. I purchased 4 spools however 1 spool labelled as 4mm is much thicker than the others which is frustrating as I bought just enough to finish this current project. Others might not notice however I'll know & I don't want to use it. It means a trip into the store which is annoying!
I wasn’t sure at first! It was very different to my usual cotton cord, much stiffer, darker etc. It made a lovely macrame and was perfect for me during covid, but I wouldn’t buy again unless I really needed to
Wasn't too keen to buy online and I must admit, the product is good quality and my new curtain is taking shape and I am loving it.This product is soft and easy to work with.Only ordered online as my local stores didn't stock it and delivery was smooth and quick.
