I adore these Gucci flats! Unfortunately for me, I have a very wide foot and opted for the Brixton style which is more forgiving than these. I absolutely love how these look on my feet, but I am taking off one star based on comfort as a serious break-in period is needed for these beautiful flats.

I ordered my shoes from the Bloomies store. I waited for my flats to arrive and guess what…Bloomingdale’s sent me used shoes. After several calls, endless hours on the phone and pure disappointment I am left without the flats and literally nothing but pure frustration. I hope no one has to go through this! Needless to say I have to share my story since this was handled so poorly and I have several pictures. The shoes even had tacts on them!!
US 13 does not equal UK 12. I had to return as it was too small. Order a UK 13 if you are US 13.Otherwise excellent quality shoe.
Timeless style with comfort. I added rubber soles before wearing outside to protect the soles. I think all leather soles can slide on smooth surfaces and have issues when it rains. Love wearing these shoes. Wore them in NYC and walked 5 miles . No blisters or foot pain. Great purchase.
The shoe is lovely. It did take a while to slip on. I wear a 7 purchased a 7 the shoe was 1/2 inch too big. Unfortunately I will have to return. Would purchase 6.5 hopefully they will have it.
Extremely narrow and not designed for large feet. I wear a US 13 and ordered both UK 12 and 13. The latter was the right length, but the width is beyond narrow. I could barely put the shoe on, and the horse bit band adds further discomfort if the shoe fits tight. I generally do not have an issue with sizing. The quality of the shoe was decent but not as premium as Ferragamo. That said, it is a good looking shoe with a quintessential design; just runs very narrow.
