Guerlain Abeille Royale Advanced Youth Watery Oil - 30ml

The only reason I’m deducting one star from this product is the intense fragrance. It’s a pleasant fragrance, but it does get to be a bit much when it’s right underneath your nose, very perfumed. The product, however, is impressive. I absolutely love the texture, and that it’s soaks into my skin without leaving a buildup or a residue feeling. It just feels like my skin, but perfected and hydrated. I deal with rough patches on my cheeks, and this has completely abolished it.  prior to using this product my cheeks would continuously become rough to the touch, and if I swiped a black sweater sleeve across my face, there would be flakes. I also have had small patches of discolouration since having my third child and they do appear a little bit lighter since beginning the serum. my face feels fresh, clean, far more hydrated, as well as I notice an increase in firmness yet suppleness, just an overall improvement in all areas of skin quality. I understand it is a premium product at a premium price, but it is also delivering premium results and for that I will be purchasing when this product is finished.  after two weeks of continuous use I feel like I’ve gotten a spa facial and I’d like to continue this feeling.  thank you very much influenster for the chance to try this product for free, I absolutely love it. 

This watery oil serum looks and feels amazing! It's not the luxurious packaging that made me say it, it truly is a really great product! First and foremost, I will say it's a bit heavily fragrant (almost perfume-like), the scent doesn't linger too long, it actually goes away as soon as it's applied to the skin. But if you're sensitive to scent or simply not a huge fan of strong fragrances - think twice or grab a sample and test it out yourself. Exceptional quality

34 yo, oily skin. This product is amazing, from the first 2,3 days you can observe your skin glowing. Because of my complexion type, my pores are quite large, plus sometimes I get pimples. I tried so many premium brands to minimise my pores and combate the pimples. Since I started using this before my face cream (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel), my large pores are now almost invisible, and the pimples are gone. And if I get one pimple before my period, it heals soooo fast. I highly recommend. As a routine, I wash my face with clinique liquid face soap twice, once or twice a week I use a face mask, then Garnier Micellar water to make sure my face and eyes are make up free, the I use Nuxe Aquabella pore minimizer (tonic water/lotion), then Guerlain ... More34 yo, oily skin. I received this product free from Influenster and Guerlain Paris in exchange for my honest review.I’ve been using this oil twice a day for about a month now and have seen a noticeable improvement in my overall appearance and texture. Even though it says it’s an oil, it’s more like a serum. I tilt the bottle to activate the microbeads and apply about 2-3 drops directly to my face and neck. There is a slight fragrance to the oil which I absolutely adore! Upon application, the oil absorbs into the skin and makes it glow. When I apply, I try not to message around my T-zone as much. I really like this product, it feels good on the skin. The small beads along with the liquid absorb really nicely into the skin, I personally have oily to combination skin, and I found that this kept my skin hydrated. This also works really nice with makeup and powder. I found that it had a slight sticky texture, but I enjoyed it because my skin is combination, however, you might not like it if your skin is dry. The overall product in terms of packaging is beautiful, I knocked off one star because of the dropper dispenser. I overall prefer pumps as they are more sanitary, and you can control the amount of product you are pumping out. Miracle Youth Watery Oil

I have a very demanding type of skin which does not like to change products often and is mixed with combination of oily and dry areas. The Advanced Youth Watery Oil is just incredible on my skin and has improved it so much already. Me and husband noticed difference after few days of using it. My dry patches are more hydrated and not only look but feel healthier and more radiant. Oily areas are calmer, with less sebum thoughout the day. The bottle is luxurious and compliments any dresser. The scent and feel of the product is pleasant. The microbeads are a luminous gold that leave a lovely sheen. I used it morning and evening for roughly four days, following the application technique used by the Guerlain Spa facialists. The product absorbed very quickly. I have sensitive combination skin and the product left my skin feeling more dry than I’d like and I don’t feel it added any benefit. My husband bought this for me as a gift and I have been using it for 8 months. I could not be more thrilled with this product. I have maturing, 40 year old, dry dehydrated skin with an oily nose and chin for reference. In the dry cool months, and at night year round, I use this as a serum. Autumn and winter days: I’ll apply a lightweight moisturizer and my SPF over top, and the products (and makeup) sit beautifully and my skin is hydrated all day. At night I place this on after cleansing and allow it to absorb before going in with my Tretinoin. This has made a MASSIVE difference since I am locking in a bit of moisturizer immediately but it doesn’t reduce the efficacy of my Tret at all. This watery oil is the only one that has worked and made such a visible improvement.In the summer, my climate is extremely hot and humid. This can make finding a daytime hydrating product challenging even though my skin still needs hydration or else it will be dry, tight, AND oily by the end of the day. I use this after cleansing and that’s it. Follow with spf and makeup once absorbed and my skin feels wonderful all day long. My makeup sits better on my skin. No dryness or tight feeling. No increased oil production due to dehydrated skin. Just youthful, healthy, hydrated, and strong skin.All in all, the Watery Oil is something I will never be without. It has worked wonders in all seasons. It has replaced at least 5 other products on my bathroom shelf and has simplified my skincare routine. And it has worked far better than the products it’s replaced. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately it fell short for me. The packaging truly is beautiful and it gives off a luxurious vibe, but I did find the dropper to be a little sensitive. You definitely need to be careful when dispensing the product or else too much will come out.The formula of the actual product is very lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. It smells really nice as well, but it is definitely strong. If you are sensitive to smells this one might not be for you. I have been using this oil, both day and night, for a few weeks now, and while I do find that it has helped smooth out my skin, I have not seen truly amazing results, something that I would expect for a product so expensive.
