I’ve been applying this Advanced Youth Watery Oil after the Guerlain toner and before finishing my 3 step routine with their Double R serum, 1-2 times daily. I’ve been using these for weeks and I saw impressive results by day 2. I think this Watery Oil and the serum are the real game changers for me personally but I never want to be without the toner either. These are Esspensive but highly recommend getting the boxed sets from the Guerlain or Sephora websites. I am in my 30’s, have sensitive, dry leaning skin with a T zone that gets oily throughout the day. After applying this at night, my skin looks more youthful, not dry and just all around healthier in the mornings. I ordered a new set on the first day of the Sephora sale to utilize my Rouge status discount.

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I received a small sample from Sampler. This stuff is is like gold water. It has amounts of royal bee jelly in it . It is amazing! It goes on my face and eye area like butter. It is so smooth and very easy to apply. The ampoules are barely visible. But the dauber looks like a medical grade professional spa like dauber for application. The serum definitely has a nice smooth consistency that glides effortlessly and feels like a second skin. It makes my feel rejuvenated. I have this at the bottom of my serum bottle. I can see the golden amounts mixed in, and so when I do apply them to my skin I gently rub it in and my skin looks refreshed and amazing like I just went to the spa.
