Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Flora Salvaggia Eau De Toilette 125ml Spray

So I’ve been eyeing this one for awhile now and finally got it. This is my 1st from the Allegoria range so I wouldn’t know how it compares to the others. The main selling point for me was the cherry blossom note in it. I would say that I can detect all the notes pretty well and the description of the scent is accurate. Just like you would expect, it’s an EDT so not super strong but, the scent is very pleasant. I do get the watermelon in the opening and a hint of grapefruit as well. As it dries down, it gets a bit more powdery floral and that’s when I can smell the cherry blossom. Absolutely love it for spring and summer in the daytime, I’ll enjoy wearing it for sure. I received this exquisite fragrance from Influenster and Guerlain to test and review…. I liked the fragrance…it smells like a more modern version of Versace bright crystal! I love the box and the whole vibe of the fragrance. I love the gold honey comb and the super clear glass it looks amazing on my vanity! The Fragrance is an edt not a edp so it does not have a long lasting silliage. It’s very bright and pretty but I do not smell any notes of Nashi pear 🍐 or watermelon 🍉 only strong bergamot 🍊 and woods 🪵 with a hint of floral 🌹. It’s a beautiful fragrance I wish the more exotic abstract notes would have came through a little stronger….I would definitely buy a Guerlain fragrance again I just need one that smells a little more like me! Pleasantly surprised about this Pera Granita perfume. I received a sample from Sephora and had no expectations except for the fact that it was probably going to smell sophisticated based on the bottle and brand. It totally smells sophisticated but more than that, it’s delicate, gentle, sensual and jovial. Very feminine! When I first spray it, I smell the citrus aroma with a tiny bit of pear and it smells very fresh. The dry down is softer and more “powdery” which smells very nice as well. Even though it’s not my type of fragrance (I like musky, Oud and “darker” perfumes) I love the scent. I would wear it at a nice brunch or even at a day meeting OR as I walk my fancy cat around my castle wearing a fancy robe. Love this fragrance!!

This scent is absolutely gorgeous!! I've been on the hunt for a beautiful wedding day fragrance that also has a pretty bottle (so many have "modern" boring bottles... not good for wedding photos). Anyway! On first spray I get a lovely watermelon and citrussy burst that quickly settles into the beautiful floral scent of cherry blossom accompanied by fresh rose, not old lady rose. The dry down on me is a lovely semi-warm violet flower smell. The only reason it loses a star is because the longevity isn't great, but it's an eau de toilette not and eau de parfum and smells sooo dang good that I'm more than happy to forgive it.

Not my absolute favourite, but a wonderful citrus

I bought this about a year ago, and it's still serving me well. As someone who usually gravitates towards fresh florals, I thought I'd push the boat out with this citrus blend; I'm glad I did! A tangy orange top note with a hint of spice underneath, it lasts all day (in fact, it lasts until the next morning if you don't shower at night) and is the perfect citrus scent for summer.I will say that it's not my favourite perfume ever, but that is simply because I think fresh florals interact with me and my scent better. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful scent in a beautiful bottle - I now have my eye on the Neroli Vetiver!

Wish I bought the bigger bottle!

I had a bottle of Guerlain years ago that looked like this but in a minty scent that was lovely and stayed fresh forever so as soon as I saw this collection I thought I may like. I’m very particular with perfumes and hate heavy scents especially in the summer. I was trying to replace Antonia’s Flowers which isn’t made any longer. I love the color purple so I was drawn to this bottle and love wild flowers. I’m not big on rose and hate the usual scents sold in department stores unless it’s a high end one of course. I don’t want to smell like everyone else. I’ve been using Pivoine Suzhou and French Lime Blossom which now seems stronger than I remember when it first came out in the US.
