The toy was disappointing. It did not play the song listed in the advertisement. Instead of "Do you ears hang low." It played some unknown song. The child's voice was not clear. Some of the words were hard understand, which is not helpful to a baby learning to talk. It came in a plastic bag, not in a Gund box, Overall quality was considerably less than the Gund Bunny we bought for our other granddaughter.

It is bottom heavy due to the batteries in the base, so Flappy does not need to be propped up. The ears move, so our main concern long term will be how sturdy they are to tugging by multiple kids, despite instructions to be careful and hold the arms, or carry with a hand/arm under the base. Currently, he is brought down to play and put up after. Time will tell how he holds up. The voice is childlike, sing-song and playful. A toy which is fully engaging, even to a child who is not used to gizmos and gadgets. Check Flappy out for yourself and you will be as delighted as we are, from oldest to youngest!

These elephants are too cute for words. They are so well made, the sound is great quality, the movement of the ears make are fabulous. They live up to what I know as the Gund standards . They are definitely worth the price. The names are embroidered!* I wish the color choices were more mainstream. I would have preferred navy blue and dark pink. I am glad I decided to order them .The songs bring back such memories and I didn?t realize that there were so many verses to ? do your ears hang low?!!

Shipped fast and came well-packaged. Smaller than I imagined, but good size for a small child. Upon opening, had to trim long threads on feet and eyes and, in doing so, noticed that the eyes are wonky. They aren't even...the right eye is slanted and misaligned. A kid won't care, but I do. This is a gift to people who are in the 1%...who asked for couture gifts for their 1 y/o...and they will notice as well. Overall, I'd give this an 8/10 for fast shipping, batteries included, and ability to personalize. Also, it's pretty cute, despite its flaws.
This elephant does NOT sing "Do Your Ears Hang Low?" when you press the right foot as is shown on the video. Instead, it sings/plays a longer version of "Peek-a-boo". Very disappointed. When the left foot is pressed it plays peek-a-boo as shown on the video. Glad I checked it to be sure it was functional before I gave it to my grandchild. Returning it.
Bought for my great grandson's baptism day. Can't wait to see him play with it. It's the cutest little thing. The song plays for a long time, and if you're old enough, you'll remember the hand motions to go with the song. The peek-a-boo game was just as amusing. If it were possible, I would have liked the name printed more on top of the leg to make it more visible rather than on the inside, but the printing was perfect otherwise. Turnaround time from order placement to delivery at my doorstep was exceptional (I did pay for express 2nd day delivery just in case it was needed). Highly recommend to others.
Without question, the product is great! I would not buy it again because of the LARGE BRIGHT pink personalization; it does not portray a warm, soft or appealing vibe for a baby. I am concerned my granddaughter is going to chew the letters off - it is stuck on, not embroidered as others I have bought from other places.WITH THAT SAID, it is totally my fault, it did arrive as pictured and Personalization Mall did their job. I was disappointed and am thinking of returning the elephant. I recommend this site, the ease of navigation, and the quickness of delivery are all spot on. The personalization is the only disappointment I have with this order and it was a huge disappointment. Great product, Great site, personalization - not so appealing.
Your singing peek-a-boo pachyderm is Adorable! More variable phrases and song verses than we had imagined it would have! We videoed it, Facetimed with immediate family and mailed it off quickly to our pseudo first "great-granddaughter". We haven't heard about her response, as yet. It didn't get 5 stars, because the stitching of her name & birth date show through backwards on the back of the ear when it is peek-a-booing, but I'm not sure how you would avoid that from happening!?! Maybe have a little grey patch of fur to cover the back of the stitched ear!?!
Bought this for new grandson with personalization. Since I had it sent direct to son & DIL, I did not have opportunity to personally inspect, but they sent photos. Embroidery was spot on. Very well done. Hoping to get video soon with the music playing & seeing how grandson responds. Maybe a bit too young yet. Only disappointment... I could not find a way to send gift card with my order. May have been oversight on my part but would have been nice touch. I just had to text them instead.
