This bottle was less expensive than I have paid for similar sizes of the same named product. However, the bottle was leaking when received and nearly completely empty. I was able to acquire roughly 6 spritzes from the bottle before it became completely empty.Either poorly crafted bottle or poorly shipped, not sure which since I didn't see any physical damage. The aroma is spectacular and lives up to the Drakkar Noir name. But the quality of the packaging for the contents failed.

This came out in 1982. I kinda wish it stayed there. This fragrance, to me, reminds me of a higher end Axe Body Spray that the bros at the gym drown themselves in while they all flex and show off their muscles to one another in the locker room. They likely have pencil-lined chin straps. They drive IROC-Z28's and cat-call women as they drive by. I'm not a fan. Fragrances that are based around being overly spicy are just gross to me. I might be a little hard on this one, but I never even wanted or cared to smell this scent. I knew what it was without ever smelling it. I got it as a free sample when I purchased something else. I will say that it smells better once it dries down than when I first initially sprayed it. Still, I don't want it on my body. We've come a long ... MoreThis came out in 1982. 🖤 Drakkar Noir by Guy Laroche is an Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. Top notes are Lavender, Lemon, Mint, Bergamot, Rosemary, Lemon Verbana, Basil, Artemisia. Middle notes Juniper, Coriander, Wormwood, Cinnamon, Angelica, Carnation and Jasmine. Base notes are Oakmoss, Leather, Fir, Pine Tree Needles, Sandalwood, Velvetier, Patchouli, Cedar, Amber and rensins. This is a very authentic, rich, male, classic-feel scent. It’s like Christmas tree scent mixed with shower gel. It is very green and fresh. The formulation is smooth making it versatile for daily use. This used to be my husbands go to scent. It’s masculine but not macho. 🖤

Fake product and you won’t find out until you open it which the company says you have to pay a fee for that as well as what it cost to return. Sprayed on a cloth and the smell is like gasoline plus no writing on the back on the bottle which is the main sign of fraud. The box is designed to rip and the plastic is very very flimsy. Didn’t even spray it on my skin because no telling what toxins are in this “smell a like”. Annoyed. Walmart is doing an investigation on this company now and I hope they get shut down even though the same people will probably open up a new company. Just know your differences and Walmart will give you a refund. I can’t imagine how many people this second party company has ripped off.
Listen, I'm a 52 year old man who has been wearing Drakkar since I was a young man/kid. This scent never goes out of style and one of my preferred daily use scents. Drakkar is a classic scent and Perfume.com sells the Original scent not a watered down copy. I've been smelling this scent for over 30+ year's now and my nose is still working very well. This is the exact smelling scent of Drakkar you would expect to buy at a department store for a much better price.
My friend puts this on everyday after he bathes and shave. He comes upstairs and I have yet to smell it on him. I bought this for one of his gifts for Birthday and I was ppfffftt that he never wore it. I gave him like a 6 month window. When we sat down at a restaurant one evening I brought the subject up and asked why he requested it if he never wears it?? He stated he wears it every day practically and he was peeved because I never mentioned it once. They only had or have the one kind in three different sizes. I got it from Macys where I use to get my dads. I know everything isn’t as it use to be (like Charlie or Aerimis) you would smell it after it came out of the washer and the dryer, but I did expect to smell it.
