The fridge is great and the ware dispenser is my favourite feature. I dont even mind having to refill it every night. My only problem is that I ordered one with the door opening the wrong way and I cant adjust the level so that the door shuts on its own. Thats why you must do your homework before delivery.

Brand and new and it is making an intermittent high pitched noise that is driving me insane. Fisher and Paykel repair came to fix it, walked in and said noise was normal and walked out!! There is NO WAY this noise is normal and no one is commenting on any noise in these reviews. Highly disappointed and dont know what to do from here. Does anyone else hear a high pitched humming sound that comes and goes from their fridge

The drawers are fantastic, it makes it really easy to keep things organised. The overall size of the fridge interior is great, even with heaps of water bottles there's a lot of space left.The energy usage is minimal (we have wall plugs that track this)The only thing that is annoying (which I suspect is actually an intended feature) is the door closes on you. It is designed to shut on it's own to prevent waste. It's just annoying when you're trying to put your groceries in. Love the freezer being below the fridge, I use freezer items less frequently and it's great that there are drawers for organising the contents.

Firstly, service from Appliances Online was exceptional. Good communication, product was available earlier then expected and delivery was well arranged. Delivery drivers were lovely and got my old fridge out and new one in and set up fast. I researched fridges and this one had all the things I needed and I was willing to look past some of the issues that people had experienced. It looks great and I love the fridge component on top. It stores everything I need and my kids love the water on tap at the front. I did notice it was noisy in the first 24 hours and was panicking that I had a faulty fridge. The noise calmed down, but I do find it noisier then my old samsung. Everything is the right temp and veges are lasting well. I've only had for a month now but its going well and I am happy with it.
This product is the perfect size for our family of 4. I particularly like the layout of the freezer and the drawer size. The water dispenser is a great add on. The space on the fridge door could be optimised with the option of an extra shelf. Overall, this product is a great replacement to our old fridge.
This fridge is definitely a step up from what I had but not the biggest or fanciest fridge Ive ever bought and loved. Its the perfect size for my family of 3 (me 2 teenagers) Im renting so am loving the non plumbed cold water dispenser, space inside is so plentiful, freezer drawers make everything easy to organise & access. We are loving our new fridge
Like Sonya who also left a review here, I've just wasted an hour attempting to swap the door over, only to find no holes had been machined to hang the door on the opposite side. I mean seriously? If that is the way the manufacturer Haier cuts corners to keep the price down they'll be out of business soon enough. It's Sunday today, so I'll be seeking a full refund tomorrow and replacing it with something that isn't manufactured by muppets.
Really sleek looking fridge, definitely looks out of place in our rental home D fantastic duel cooling system and the fridge draws are good for separating meat and ice-cream, not the best for frozen pizza and bigger frozen items but it's not bad when you have a separate freezer like we already have. Only thing would be better is the water dispenser being connected to the plumbing. Overall a really good fridge and would recommend it to anyone!
We are so happy with our new Haier 416L refrigerator we live off grid and chose this refrigerator due to its 5 star rating the 2 door crisper suites my preference to purchasing lots of vegetables. Plus the choice available with the bottom crisper to change the temperature setting if we choose to use it for fish or chilled meat or even wine!!!The grey finish is perfect for living out bush and we really like the temperature controls are on the external part of the refrigerator. Finally . We are very happy with the external chilled water compartment .Do your self a favour and purchase a Haier refrigerator.
Very good on space, lighting and temperature/humidity control.Issues1. Controls always default to locked. Need to press and hold unlock button each time you want to change a setting, very annoying.2. Fridge can be quite noisy (high pitched), do not put in same room that you will be sitting in very often.3. The water storage refill opening is in an awkward spot, you may spill some water when refilling, beware!
