We had to convert to a front loader due to moving home. They are awful. I really miss my top loader and seperate dryer. A multifunction front loader is neither a good washer or dryer. It uses so little water that even a teaspoon of detergent leaves clothes foamy and dried crispy. It also concentrates any little dye in the clothes (even in cold wash) so that one small rose design on a dress Ive washed before turned the rest of the wash PINK! The dryer takes forever and still doesnt actually DRY clothes. It leaves them steaming and damp, you still need to hang them out. It also stinks like burning plastic even after a month of use. Topping it off, the end of the cycle is announced by a lengthy and annoying melody. Overall, I dislike the type of product but this one ... MoreWe had to convert to a front loader due to moving home. This is an amazing washer/dryer.3.5 hours to wash and completely dry a full load of washing. Which if you were using desperate machines would be relatively the same. We are short on room so this saves so much space, and no forgetting to move the washing across. If you do a really large load it takes several more hours but before I go to bed or head out of the house for the day I will put a large load on and it's fine. Just if I'm home doing several loads, it works better with half load as recommended. I highly recommend this if you are short on space or forget to move wet washing across to the dryer.

You either have choice of 15minute or over an hour programmes. My last machine had a 30 minute cycle that I used 95% of time. I find 15mins not enough and you have to adjust the spin on it or washing is quite wet. Takes a lot of working out which program to use. I find clothes come out with fluff on them, which is a new experience for me as this wasn’t a problem with my last machine. Am gradually learning how to use but a bit complicated
