So far so good! Simple and easy use machine that is decent size while fits in small space. Only issue so far figuring out how much fabric softer gets used as tho i fill to the line in the dispenser looks like none gets used, however use less detergent over all and all items are cleaned well. Inside the dispenser and lid stays wet tho. Easy clean lint filters at side, so generally looks to be a good heavy duty machine that should last a lifetime like my old one.

Having no central agitator makes loading and unloading a breeze. Easy access filters. Multiple, easy to use and understand wash cycles. Easy install. Stylish look. Whats not to love about this machine for the affordable price?!

I recently had to upgrade my washing machine. Originally I had planned to buy the same machine I had but the new version but since stock wasn’t available I bought this one. It’s working great & fits a lot and have found no issues at all. I only wish it had a glass window on the lid like my previous machine & the option to do extra spinning… otherwise it’s just as good if not better than what I had before.

Brilliant machine. Compact, strong and easy to use. Highly recommend for those with not much laundry space. Good lint filter. Delivery, seamless with good swap over and hook up. Great team who delivered it.
Very happy with my Haier purchase. After 10 years with my front loader it's nice to have a top loader again with easy height access to the machine. I really like that it's a 9kg capacity but nice and compact in size to where it's located in the laundry. There are many wash cycles to choose from and it's easy to programme a favourite one. The filters are easy to access and clear away any lint which I try and remember to do every few cycles. There's only one thing I miss from my old machine and that is just a pure rinse cycle. If I'd forgotten to hang the washing out the day before it was nice just to do a rinse cycle instead of a whole new wash cycle. So I've had to do a quick 30 wash instead on the Haier. Very happy so far with this machine.
This was not my first brand choice but my order was not in stock after paying for it. They suggested the 9kg Haier for us. I've never had this brand but it's proved to be an excellent choice so far. Smaller build but holds as much.... Easy to use. I would have given it a full star review only it cannot be opened once the lid is closed which we were never told.. If you forget something In your wash you will have to either start again or wash it with another load. Great service and easy transaction. Time will tell how long this will last.. Hopefully as long as my last samsung
Easy to use, great machine with plenty of options for your loads. Only negative is the rebalance that is built into the machine. If the load spins and is not balanced it will refill with water and attempt to balance the load. This is not a great feature when you live on tank water. So the star rating for water is deceptive as it does not account for the rebalance water usage.
Only got this delivered 4 days ago and it has been busy ever since. I've caught up on clothes washing, towels and have started on bed sheets. I've used 4 different washing cycles and are very happy with all of them, everything is coming out nice and clean (heaps cleaner than my old machine, which needed to be balanced a couple of times every load). The machine is not noisy, no balancing issues, nothing is coming out tangled and as we have 2 cats and a dog, I'm pleased with the lint removal. Very pleased with purchasing this machine and would happily recommend.

The auto water fill NEVER fills enough to even barely cover the clothes, the manual says you can top up between wash and rinse cycle, but this does not work at all, so then you use several buckets of water to fill. If you choose the water level before wash start it’s a gamble on to much or not enough. Once it gets going and you thing there is only 12 mins left, it suddenly and constantly no matter how many times you rearrange the clothes, jumps back to 26mins and the rinse cycle starts all over again, and again and again. I bought this 9kg machine in November 2022, and 4 months later have not 1 thing good to say about it. The auto water fill is NEVER accurate so you will find yourself adding buckets of water, as it does not allow to to adjust the water level after it’s started, regardless of what the manual indicates. The machine constantly is off balance no matter how you load the wash, and how many times to have to go and rebalance it. Then as gets off balance constantly, it gets to about the 12 min mark and bam it’s back to 26 mins and rinsing again to try and rebalance itself even though I have moved washing several times. SOOO frustrating, and due to this continual problem the power and water usage is so much more than it should be. My advice is choose another brand!
