Poor choice of options for cycles. Spin on delicates almost non existent, leaving clothes dripping wet. My previous Haier was fantastic. The delivery guys connected the cold water hose to the hot and the hot to cold, ruining by jumpers before I realised. And customer service has not responded to my complaint.

I purchased this washing machine because there was no stock if my preferred brand but Im very disappointed in the result. The dials are not easy to see or figure out. One Willem, machine washable jumper was destroyed in a gentle wash. Its annoying that you need to reset the controls if you open the lid once the cycle has begun. It seems to wash the clothes ok and its quiet but nothing compared to my LG washer.

For the cost This works a lot better and gives a more satisfying wash than the very expensive model of another brand I had bought only recently which I found toocomplicated and expensive surround Is it great value for the money Very compact in size and looks prettty .good My only complaint is the grey writing against the black of thecontrols which when ou have poor eyesight like me .mak. however the red led lighting works well for me

When reading the reviews for this, I found some people saying its loud, it cant actually wash 7.5kg, it doesn't dry clothes well on spin cycle and the clothes get all tangled up.... I found NONE of this to be true. Its a decent all-round washing machine. Several things you should be aware of though it only has 1 detergent compartment, so you would need to add softener manually when it reaches that part of the cycle, the 'Delay Start' only allows you to start it a maximum of 12 hours from now, some machines allow 24h, it needs to be connected to the hot water tap (doesnt have an internal water heater, though most top loaders dont). Unlike most top loaders, the lid is not clear so you cant watch your washing while its working, the machine pauses itself when the lid is ... MoreWhen reading the reviews for this, I found some people saying its loud, it cant actually wash 7.5kg, it doesn't dry clothes well on spin cycle and the clothes get all tangled up.... My previous machine was quite old so the digital features with this one a new, but easy to work and learn. The 7.5 kg tub is great for your thicker blankets and sheets and you can still handle the all the washing required because of the great load space. This was an upgrade for me from a 5kg washer.I love the no agitator. The only thing that makes me curious is that there seems to be no additional slot for the fabric softener to go. I either add it with the power to make a paste or I tip it in when the machine stops filling. Not a real biggie but the reason why for me it isn't 5 stars. Real rating is 4 and a half but it won't let me do a half.
This machine is very good value for money. Washes well. Has good selection of programmes. A little noisy. No fabric softener dispenser. Not big issues for a good machine
A great top loading washing machine. Easy to operate for people with arthritis who cannot bend to operate front loading washing machines. Does a fantastic wash. Easy to clean after use. I highly recommend this product.
I know it maybe weird getting excited over a washing machine, but I'm loving this one. My clothes have never been cleaner. I've only had this machine for a couple of weeks, but so far real good. Different wash cycles work well, the spin dry function is excellent. It's only early days, but impressed with its results so far.
A piece of crap - unfortunately. You cannot see what the water load is and whether it is covering the clothes. Also every time you open the lid - you have to restart the wash. Please note this is in comparison with the LG 7.5Kg washing machine I had. Also believe it is a harsher wash than the LG....should have stuck with what I know.
Gentle but washes well.Easy to use. Good choice of wash options.Good value for money. For a small machine takes a reasonable load.Happy with my purchase.
