I bought this sturdy steel step stool for that extra step when needed. I must say this truly is a sturdy step stool, when stepping on it there’s no creaking or moving, I feel very confident when I step on it. It comes in very handy, I don’t know where I’d be without it. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Okay, I don't impress easily, but I like this little step stool. I needed something that was stuff, small, easy to store and gave me just enough lift to better manage inventory on high shelves. The locking tabs are pretty tough but easy enough to push in to release the legs.

I had a hard time having to swing my leg high enough to get into the car and now I can easily step up into the car and not worry about falling... a great safety feature for me. This step stool is extremely well built. Thank you.

Allows me to get into my chevy silverado 2500 HD

I am right handed. I broke my right wrist. My physical therapist said I will never be able to use my right hand to help pull into the seat of my chevy silverado 2500 hd. The stool acts as a safe step stool and I back into the seat and just sit down. It holds up to 350 lbs safely, I weigh 130 lbs. It has skid protection when the winter can cause slippery conditions. I then pull stool into truck with the dog lease I have attached to it. It is now a permanent part of my truck.

Doesn't provide much height

While the construction and materials are nice (though a little heavy), it doesn't allow me much additional reach. That kind of kills it for me. It probably has to do with the legs folding up into it, so they can't be very long, or else the length/width of the stool would be too long. It's a shame because it is quite nice otherwise, albeit a little heavy.

Exactly what I wanted

I needed a step stool because I am short, and my new bed is high. I am overweight, and have arthritis in my knees, so I needed something sturdy, and not too much of a step up. The hailo folding step stool is perfect. Legs lock in place when in use, but fold easily for storage. It is compact and simply styled - not clunky or obtrusive. It is exactly what it claims to be. The price seemed a little high, but it was worth it to get the quality and features I wanted and needed.

This product works very well for our needs. With a changed in automobile, my mother wasn't able to climb into the car without the running board. We purchased this step, to serve as a step up, while folding down to easily stow in the car. It has work well so far. The legs snap and lock into place. The lock pins need only to be pushed in while closing the legs. We are happy with the purchase.

Great, sturdy step stool!

I love this step stool. It's portable and very sturdy. Holds up to 330 lbs for those who are heavier. It's just the right height (about 7 inches from the ground) and allows me to get things off the shelves that I couldn't reach before. I also apprecicate that it folds and can be stored in a small space. Really glad I ordered it and would recommend it to others!

I purchased this step stool for my wife to climb into our king sized bed which is on the higher side. She has physical issues with her legs, plus I needed something solid so she would not fear it collapsing or tipping over. This product met our needs perfectly. I tested it with my weight of over 200lbs and it was solid, did not move a bit. It has the non skid top to prevent slipping. We have had it for a few months now it shows no wear, and the folding mechanism works as well as day one. Well worth the price. My only wish is that it was a tad higher.

Very Sturdy But.....

What I love is how it looks & how sturdy it is. I wanted something convenient & nice looking for the kitchen & I really loved the design. The structure is strong & well made. What could be better is the step could be a little higher up. It’s a low stool so it just barely allows me to reach things on the top shelf of my kitchen pantry (and I’m 5”2’). The height would be better for someone who has trouble stepping up onto a higher stool. The other drawback (and this is the main drawback for me) is the stool does not grip the floor like it’s supposed to. It slides on my wood flooring like an ice skate rink. For the price, this was REALLY disappointing because that was a feature I needed.
