This is my 2nd piece of the same model in the last 3 years. Even though this groomer is a bit limited when it comes to latest technology i.e. no quick battery charging & there is no LCD display when compared to other models, but its ability to be a true allrounder in affordable price makes it a champion overall.It has just enough extensions to cover your beard grooming along with basic hair clipping. Built quality is sturdy & can be used inside the shower. It is required to be charged for 16 hrs or so, but once you finish charging, it keeps working for a good amount of time. There is a good 2 year warranty on it & last but not the least the price is very good.Overall it is very good value for money. I does a good job on my hair and I can get 3 cuts hair and beard from one full charge. The groomer handles nicely and cuts my beard well. Certainly was a good buy considering the price and attachments.The only thing I disliked was the plastic packaging. Yes, the shaver comes with instructions that describes (and with pictures) which guides are used for what purpose. The packaging is not sturdy enough to use for storage and dumping all the unused attachments into the bag doesn't help with selection at a future use. I would have considered an up charge for a more sturdy long term storage case with separate bins for different attachments (beard, hair, clippers).Overall it is a good product and I would purchase again.

I like that it is light weight, the exterior material is soft and comfortable and will not slip from your hand. The balance of the unit is fanominal. The on/off button is a soft touch, the unit is quite and has a low frequency vibration. Over all I really like the unit. For younger people with taught skin it would be a 5 star product. But for those of us who are staring to age and have some sagging skin and use a blade cover, pulling to make skin taught, you tend to get harsh nicks, especially on the curves of your body. If Philips makes a unit that would address the problem I described I would Love to sample the unit. I bought this when my full sized wired clippers were too much for me to handle due to some physical limitations.I needed something that could shave my head and give me a quick beard cleanup when needed.They have been great. Lightweight, agile and sharp. I have shaved my head once, cut my beard scruff before shaving at least 3 times and cleaned up my beard and neck. All of this on a single charge and they are still going. The guards and attachments are great to have. The extra wide attachment is great for shaving head and the nose trimmer is a bonus.Overall it does exactly what I needed to and at a decent price. I don't know how long they will last but Philips gave me a 4 year warranty for registering them.
