I started using these when I noticed my hair got considerably thinner due to stress and over bleaching I thought I’d give it a try. A couple of years later my hair was back to full health and felt thicker and better than ever. It’s a long process but my hair never felt better ! It's really early days, I've been taking the capsules for about 3 weeks now but I have already noticed less hair falling out. I'm on long-term medication and noticed my hair was really thin, you could see my scalp. I use semi permanent colour which seemed to make me pale scalp even more obvious!! I've been absolutely obsessed.Fast forward to now, I've noticed when I wash my hair it isn't falling out. I used to constantly see loose hairs all day, getting stuck on my clothes, etc.It's still early days, but even seeing less hair fall is giving me hope.Fingers crossed!!!

Thank you, HAIRGAIN!! I have been in perimenopause for a few years now - night sweats...grrr! Mood swings...double grrr! But thinning hair and hair loss - just a flat out "NO!" I have naturally curly hair, which has always been quite thin, but I've always had a lot of it. Within the past couple of years though, I started to notice my hair line receding (never knew I had such a big forehead!), and I could see my scalp through my hair! Yikes! I started doing some research into vegetarian/vegan supplements and came across HAIRGAIN. I'm now just over 3 months into my journey and the difference has been incredible! A couple of years later my hair was back to full health and felt thicker and better than ever. It’s a long process but my hair never felt better ! Almost over a year later, I continue to be astounded by the results - I suffer from alopoecia and the hair is growing back in places where it was non-existant. And, what was fuzz and baby hair is now terminal (proper) hair and I cannot believe the thickness - as the hair is growing and scalp filling in. I have many friends who have suffered significant hair fall (absolutely significant to the point of cutting waist length hair to a bob) because of COVID. I made the point of doing this as I wanted to trial a three month period which ended up being a four-month period (due to salons not being open) stretch till my next hair appointment. I completed the three month period with a bit of lag on the fourth supplement. However, within the first month, I noticed a difference in the way my hair felt. It felt and looked fuller. Shedding was a minimum but since my recent hair appointment, I’ve noticed the baby hairs/ new growth. These supplements work; I will say I was taking other supplements like omega, vitamin c, calcium, zinc, collagen etc so I do think collective they would all have an impact.
