I used this to bath my kid. After a year we notices the top plastic which connects the tab swallows even with a low water pressure. Not long after it burst like balloon and hit my partner's face. Lucky my child wasn't in the bathtub and also it didn't hit his eye or broke his teeth but he still have a sore face now!

Been using this for the last about 3 years with no issues. After 3 yrs now the rubber seal that grips onto the tap cracked and slit open.Can't complain for this price, however the only downside is that rubber grip has melted into the steel tap and is a bit hard to scrape off the stuck rubber bits.I'd still recommend it for short term us.

I’ve had mine for years & it’s been great in a pinch when the shower has been out of order. Yet again I’m waiting for the sealer to dry in my shower & I just washed my very thick hair over my bathtub yet again using . I’ve not had issues with it busting etc….I just make sure the taps aren’t turned on full blast ;) mine is not white anymore… the hair dyes my daughter uses when dyeing her hair have dyed the hose pink & purple shades. I do wish it had a longer hose.

Bit of a life saver this: Try having facial surgery three days prior to lockdown. My plan to have my hairdresser wash my hair suddenly a no go and I’m on my own with no one to assist me and the wound must stay dry! This little device installedeasily and stayed on the bath tap too. It allowed me to easily wash my hair over the bathtub. No hassles. Great little product.
I wanted an Australian made and owned product, however couldn’t find one so I bought this one.This product is poor. The tap connection is barely wide enough to fit over the end of a laundry spout, and the tightener to hold theconnector in place is sharp enough to cutyour fingers.Water dribbles from the hose head and provides poor water pressure, possibly due to restriction at tap connection.The hose is long enough, but that’s the only praise I have for this product.
I’m renting and can’t install my own hand shower in the bathtub. This is a reasonable alternative. It stays on the tap most of the time, if you push it in all the way. For $12 and no plumber needed, it’s a bargain.
I bought 2 of these yesterday (February 1, 2023). Installed one and it leaks between the tap and the connector, and also where the hose attaches to the connector. As I increase the flow, the connector slides off the tap. Would need to get 2 clamps to stop the leaks, so will return them to the store.I will buy a cheaper one that has an adjustment screw to help attach to the tap, provided the hose is integrated into the connector.
This unit leaked from the joints as soon as the tap was turned on. I fitted clamps in a failed attempt to repair the problem. Also the hose blows off the tap even at low pressure.Waste of time and money.
Even if on a low pressure, hose comes off faucet, needs some way to tighten. Plastic spikes a little hard for using on pets. Ok, but that’s about it
installed this to my tub tap and fastened it using a nylon tie as it would come off. it bursted it off since it couldnt handle the pressure. if you need slightly higher pressure this is not for you. do not buy.
