These are perfect, I walk a lot and I am a bigger guy so my thighs do chafe and this definitely helps. They pretty much fit like compressions. The leg openings are long and that helps with the chafing. They don’t ride up into the places you don’t want them to at all. They are thin and comfortable to the point you might forget your wearing underwear. The waistband doesn’t really fold over or doesn’t roll up. The only critique I do have is that the separation pouch does feel slightly weird at first, but if you adjust your “stuff” or move the frontal flap over your “stuff” to however it feels comfortable then they are perfect. Highly recommend, and strongly encourage to buy for us bigger guys.

Best men's athletic underwear

I have been on an occasional search for the best men's athletic underwear for at least 15 years. This is the best I have found. Typical ones have a problem of not containing the jewels in a pouch and keeping them separated. So you end up with them sticking to the surrounding skin and having to reach in and adjust them frequently. If they do have a pouch it is typically too big and so they flop around and it's not suitable for athletic wear. This brand does both correctly it has a pouch and the pouch adjusts size to you with the overlapping material flaps. Also, the legs do better than other brands in not riding up. Plus the waistband is almost OK. It rolls over just a little under my belly. I wear the XL size. About half the time I roll the waistband down 180. I wash them in cold water and hang them to dry on a line to keep them in the best shape. The synthetic material has advantages and disadvantages. If you have a few drops of urine that come out after going, they will pass through the material and create a wet spot on your jeans or other outerwear. But that is also good for the athletic part that it will pass your sweat and not get all soggy like cotton underwear. My compromise is I normally put a few squares of toilet paper in the pouch to absorb a few urine drips and then discard that before starting a workout.

I liked the fact that these briefs are built for more of an active lifestyle than solely for compression. I wear these when I go workout and they do not ride up, plus there is plenty of space in all the right places. The colors are simple and subtle which is what I like, and they stay true to size when comparing across other brands. The pair that I received are still very new, so it isn't clear how durable they will be. However, I have ran them through the washer and dryer a few times and they seem to be holding up really well. I am a bit worried that the waistband will lose some ifs elasticity, as it isn't the same quality feel and some other brands' elastic. But it's still too soon to speculate on durability.Lastly is the cost. I would rather buy a 3-pack of these than a single pair of boxer briefs from other big brand companies.I highly recommend giving them a try. It's a good pair of briefs to have in your drawer.

Enhanced Design from Original Support Trunks

To start off, I ordered the incorrect size, so this review will be based on perceived quality and appeal after extensive inspection. Regarding sizing: M is 32-34, L is 36-38Aesthetic: Overall aesthetic is great. They are sleek with a cool design in the band. Colors were bold blacks and blues. Would like to see more fringe colors (e.g. oranges and yellows).Design:The main material is super smooth. The cloth is thin; however, both the cloth and banding feel more durable than the non-cooling version of these trunks (Ultimate Comfort Flex Fit Total Support Pouch.)Cooling is promoted via a vented mesh used for the testicular supports and in a 2-inch stretch of fabric spanning the length between the legs (i e. the perineum region)Overall, given the improved ... MoreTo start off, I ordered the incorrect size, so this review will be based on perceived quality and appeal after extensive inspection. Great comfort

I recently received a free product from Hanesbrands, Inc. That product is tagless, regular length boxer briefs. The material is a blend of 92% polyester and 8% spandex.I found these briefs to have a unique design meant to keep a guy cool. The fabric lends itself to a great all-around fit and comfort. The total support pouch with its traditional fly opening is different in that it is comprised of breathable mesh panels that both support and keep a guy cool. The special pouch design keeps one supported and separated from your legs while walking and exercising.I wore these briefs under dress pants, jeans, and workout shorts. Even after walking for three miles on an inside track, I felt cool. The waistband felt good and did not curl or roll over. Hanes Total Support Pouch...for Pygmies!
6 May 2024

The Hanes Total Support Pouch is NOT a pouch, unless you have tiny testicles that are hummingbird huevos sized. Like all Hanes, they are built well, though they run small. The size guide says M is 34". I wear 34/35 inch waisted pants and fortunately picked the L, which indicated 37 1/2 waist, thinking they would be not super snug and the standard elastic waist wouldn't pinch. These fit tighter than other brands I have with a true 34 inch waist.

Just stick with what you know. These are horrible
11 January 2023

The support pouch is the worst thing. I work retail doing lots of walking, bending, and squating up and down for 8 hrs a day. Everytime I wear this pair I feel like my D gets caught in one or the other side of the V trap where my junk is. I'm not packing heat but average size man and its very uncomfortable. Do not even get me started on explaining how it feels when at full salute. Even a relaxed day at home, I feel my head getting stuck very often at the bottom of the V form making me have to adjust myself all the time. I try to keep my guy out of it completely but doesnt work but for a minute. Its like a headrest for something that does not need one. The boys and tackle should hang freely with some support not a noose for your goose. If only they left it normal ... MoreThe support pouch is the worst thing. Great looks buy bad design, people who use and like these probably dont have much going on down there. It doesn't cool any different than a pair of reboks. Worse pair ever.

Supreme comfort!

We all know that comfort %26 fit are some of best features us guys look for when deciding on the underwear we are going to purchase and use. I found these Hanes X- Temp Total Support Boxer Briefs for Men to be at the top of the boxer-briefs game.Once the package is opened up and you grab out a pair of these comfortable boxer-briefs you will realize for yourself the quality product you are about to be sporting. I have not found anything wrong with this product and will continue to purchase and use. Also, one more thing, there are many different design and color schemes to choose from and you will not have a problem finding the size that you will need.

Waist fits, but important areas are very uncomfort
7 August 2023

I usually give 5star reviews. This is my first time complaining. I will try not to use any inappropriate language, although it would allow me to be more descriptive and to the point. I have a 33 waist, so purchased the medium (32-34). The waist fit just fine. However the "pouch area" was uncomfortable at first. Within hours that progressed to painful. A short while later, when it became excruciating, I took refuge in a men's room stall and removed the torturous garment, and went "commando" until returning home. I would have returned them, but had already worn them on a hot summer day. I would not recommend these to anyone other than a deeply deranged masochist. I WILL BE AVOIDING THIS BRAND FOREVER!!
