Just to mention one thing, I always needed to pull the handle with care with the old one otherwise the water always gush out and splash. With this one, water becomes smooth and friendly.

Purchased this tap to replace a 5 year old Italian made tap - which was absolute rubbish - splashed all over the place and was horrid to use.I am in love with this Hansgrohe Centro Pull Out Spray Mixer Tap. It is probably the best tap I have ever had - a big statement from me - given I am senior and have renovated countless kitchens over the years. I was concerned it may be too tall and/or too big because my 1 & 3/4 sink is of small dimensions..... but it is perfect. Does not splash everywhere like the one I replaced - and I can highly recommend it.German made quality - clever design - does everything a kitchen tap should.

Hansgrohe is a brand that I know and trust for quality so this was a natural choice for me when I was looking for a new kitchen tap. All reviews were excellent, as expected. The quality of this tap is second to none and I love the spray option at the press of the switch. I found this feature particularly useful when I cleaned the filters above my gas cooktop as I was able to blast into the holes and get a great result. My sink has square corners and I can now spray into that space and maintain cleanliness. Anyone who purchases this tap will not regret it - it is a quality product.

I purchased several of these taps for kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry and then my son wanted them in his new house after using them in ours.You can feel the solid quality in the tap and I love that the water is controlled so it doesn't spurt out and splash all over the place. The click to spray works so well and the tap control is just perfect. I wanted something that wasn't a spindly handle but something a bit more solid. It looks amazing and functions perfectly. Definitely recommend this as a quality tap.
After reading many excellent reviews, I decided on this mixer and have not been disappointed! It's a little different, with the lever being located at the right of the tap, the full hot being directly at the top, and the cold is 90 degrees forward. My plumber tried a front location for the lever, but this does not work with the 180-degree swivel of this tap. Make sure you allow room under your sink for the hose pull-out. The switch on the pull out head always reverts/starts with a stream flow, then you switch it over to spray. It doesn't retract automatically; you just feed it back into the tap. Very happy with my purchase and the speed of delivery from Apppliances Online was phenomenol! I ordered 10pm Sunday and had it 1pm Monday!
The handle's control is so smooth and gentle.The spout pours a near silent, beautifully crystalline stream of water. It's like a work of art. The shower function works as expected and doesn't make undue mess in the process.The spout turns with minimal effort. The showerhead extends easily and when finished, retracts — clicking into place seamlessly.I have never had an expensive, premium tap before, and I've made a solemn vow to Dionysus never to purchase a cheap tap from Bunnings ever again.
I have another pull-out tap in the butlers pantry which, frankly, is much more attractive. It is a slim, brushed steel work of art. But it came at a price (double the expense) and reduced capability. My other tap does not have the spray feature so obviously the Hansgrohe is great for that alone. But what is interesting is that the less attractive look of the Hansgroh means a major improvement in function. The "U" is chunky, the pull-out hose is thick and the effect is a strong stream of water that does not splutter and splash. If you need to fill a large basin, bucket or pot, look no further. The Italian Stallion may be pretty but the German Workhorse will get the job done better and much sooner.
We just completed a small kitchen renovation and this tap was a bit of a splurge, but it is probably my favourite thing in the new kitchen! It is quite large and sturdy, the water flow is beautifully smooth and the button to switch to spray mode works well. In my opinion, if you're going to get a pull out tap, it has to be great quality so the mechanism lasts - and everything about this tap feels top quality. It's perfect for reaching the corners of our large single bowl sink. Very pleased.
The service was impeccable and the tap is exactly what I wanted. It may splash a little in a shallow sink but absolutely lovely otherwise. Love the stream that makes very little noise and the tap looks great. Cold water is with handle down which may annoy some but I don’t mind.
This tap gives your no pressure at all. I tried to return the tap and I was told that I cannot do this because it's past 14 days. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to buy this product on 20 December 2021 - just before Xmas and New year break when my plumber did not work. I bought another tap from Bunnings which costs one third of this one and is working fine. Now I was offered to go through warranty claim - must be fun time for me - even if it's fixed I'll end up with 2 taps and I have one kitchen only.
