I was desperate to find something to help with my excruciating periods. I was using the original HH capsules for over a year, I did notice a difference but it was mild, certainly no panacea.However, since Happy Periods came out (about a month) I've had a HUGE difference in my period symptoms.No more agony with bloating, breast discomfort, and my pain is about 3/10, whereas before it was debilitating 12/10.I AM SO HAPPY, I feel normal for once.I'm so glad HH made this, it's a game-changer for me.

I have been using Happy Period for just over 2 months and have noticed a huge difference. My bleeding is lighter, I am not retaining as much fluid leading up to my period and the length between my cycles is starting to shorten and go back to normal. I will be interested to see if I go back to 28 days. My last cycle was 31 days but for the last 4 months my cycle hasn't been less than 45 days. I am in peri menopause and have been for the last 2 years. The last 12 months my cycle has been doing very strange things and I was feeling terrible. I was starting to feel desperate and was considering asking for a referral to have an ablation done, but definitely not now. Recommend 100% give it a try I don't think you will regret it!

I’ve only used for 1 cycle so far. My moods have been a bit more stable, I did initially get super bad hormonal like headaches at the beginning of taking this I assume is to get rid of extra estrogen in my system. I had less pain throughout my first period but still had initial PMS cramping which I find quite discomforting. I’m looking forward to seeing the changes over the next few cycles. But if you’re suffering from endo it might help you relieve some of the symptoms! thanks I’ll continue to take. I found this more suited to me versus happy hormones.
