Unfortunately this product had a reverse effect on me. If anything it made it harder to fall asleep than taking nothing at all. I would nod off but wake frequently throughout the night. Left me feeling foggy in the morning.

A light sleeper and many years of waking in night unable to get back to sleep, I am feeling so much better after using for approx the past 18mths. It has proved to be the best natural product I have used for this. I do not take it as per directions ie prior to bed as I fall asleep promptly. Only taking if I wake during night, which is usually only once, and getting back to sleep shortly after. Far improved quality sleep and no more daylong tiredness.

I think it is really good. I\'ve got used to the sweet taste. It does well if you follow instructions. The 5ml , 3 hours before bedtime is crucial to setting the drowsiness .
