When I read reviews I recognised that a common trend was that you need to wait a month for the effects. What I would say is the results are cumulative. I've just passed one month and my menopause symptoms (hot flushes, night sweats, irritability and generally feeling like I'm living in someone else's body) have significantly reduced, I still have some hot flushes and night sweats but they have reduced significantly and would like to think that in another 4 weeks from now that they are completely under control. So my advice is, get them, take 2 a day until you have the results you want (I'm still at 2 a day) and then pull back to 1 (which I haven't done yet). Very very happy with my purchase of this product.

You have to give natural remedies time to work. It took about 3 months to work for me. I gradually went off the HRT by taking it\nto start with, every second night for about 3 weeks, then every third night for about 3 weeks & so on, taking the Menopause Max\nin between, until I had been taking the HRT every 6th night, then I just stopped. I do still get flushes but no where near as strong \nas they used to be & not as often & they only last for about a minute. I do recommend Harmony Menopause Max.

I can not recommend these enough. I was beside myself, couldn't stand my own reflection, hated everyone, everything and even myself. I went to the doctor and all he could suggest was HRT I don't want that so he copped a mouth full of my mood as well (poor man). Went to Chemist Warehouse and was told about the Harmony Tablets for Menopause. After about 4 - 6 weeks I did notice that I was much happier. That was about five yrs ago I still take them every day and recommend them to all my friends. Give them a go, you have nothing to lose except maybe your sanity lol.

This product is a life saver for me after many many months of night sweats and bad sleep. After around 3 weeks I am sleeping so well and the night sweats are minimal. I like that there are no harmful ingredients and is safe to take.
Didn't see any change in my symptoms at all. Disappointing considering the ingredients. I may have needed to use them longer but I would have thought that I could see something within a month.

Highly recommend. Stopped all night sweats after 8 days approx. I took higher dose to start with 3 tablets a day ( see FAQ harmony on line). Then cut back, after flushes stopped. No flushes since.
I have been using the Harmony range for a while now. I tried this one this time round as it helped more with the sweats. I would sugg to give it a go. Everyone is different. Amd i alwats make sure I am taking them daily. And give it a couple of weeks to get it under control
After using Harmony menopause and not noting much relief I decided to try Harmony Max. My symptoms have been much milder since. Only two weeks in and I stopped getting severe hot flushes followed by headaches. I would definitely recommend Harmony products.

The symptoms weren't eliminated, but I felt I was getting better rest overall. They ran out before new supply arrived and I had 4 days without, and the intensity of things ramped up again. As I am taking nutritional supplements now too, I could not single out this products effect, but when without the change was unpleasantly distinct. More frequent waking, with temperature boost and sweats. I learned to jump up to the loo immediately, to make the most of the extra warmth and then back to bed as the chill from the cooling sweat took effect.
