It takes the edge off stress, it really supports your body through difficult times. It gives you stamina to get through while calming the stress response and nurturing the adrenals. This product takes the edge off your stress levels, cleanses the liver and calms the nervous system, I found a huge reduction in PMS while taking it as well as increased energy levels and good mood.I love this product!

These are fantastic and they really do work, especially when I remember to take them :-) When I take them regularly each day I can really feel the difference in my energy levels and how I am generally feeling. I brought this product because it contained Holy Basil and the combination in this product is great. I would definitely recommend it and its not just for Mums, so I am glad the name of it has changed.

Good product
Began 2 daily for first 6 weeks, could tell a difference within the first week. I don’t take any other supplements and circumstances in life haven’t changed...this is the only difference so thankyou
