Typical Halloween costume. Thin with velcro closure in the back. The hooded robe seems to be of better quality. It looks good just as pictured.10/12 fit perfectly on my 12 years old. She wears L with regular clothes brands like Gap and Target7/8 is a little long on my 9 years old. She wears mostly M.

Nice replica costume

This HG costume is true to size. Dress is one piece, lightweight polyknit fabric, comfortable elastic waist, with 3 velcro closures on back for easy on-off. Serged edges for no fray. Velcro closure tab below front neckline of cape, which is generously full. We had to hem the cape by 3 inches (for non -trip when climbing steps); easy enough using a home serger or sewing machine. We also ordered a HG wig, socks, and wand; to complete the outfit. The girl was so delighted with this, that she even wanted to wear the dress for her school pictures! A bit pricey, but couldn't construct this Harry Potter/Hermione Granger costume for much less. It's one of those 'keeper costumes.
