I am pretty disappointed by this model. It felt needlessly complex and is certainly not a model for beginners. The way the nose assembly connects to the main fuselage is confusing, the engine nozzles are ridiculous, and it just feels like so many parts don't go together well. It's also important to note that this model does not come with any missiles or advanced weaponry, only boring Mark 84 bombs, although Hasegawa does make weapons packs with additional missiles and bombs (sold on this website). This model has more tiny parts than I've ever seen and it can be quite frustrating. The way the nose assembly connects to the main fuselage is confusing, the engine nozzles are ridiculous, and it just feels like so many parts don't go together well. The pieces are a bit smaller than other 1/72 that I've put together... They're also a little bit more delicate. I think Revel just makes a more "solid" product. Regardless, it's an extremely detailed and engaging piece.
