This fragrance is a good secret underground choice for its fresh and sweet summer scent, although it's appropriate for spring. But nonetheless my blue batch is strong and is a demon of a fragrance that cost around $50 which is a steal especially due to the fact it's an EDP! On my skin, the fragrance lasts for about 10 hours, with strong projection in the first 2-3 hours before settling down. lasts a long time on clothing, but be cautious with the number of sprays as using 3 or more can easily overwhelm you and others. After wearing it for one day i've already received a compliment which is insane especially because you don't see many people wearing this. In my opinion, the new batch is strong and a beastly fragrance. So, be careful with the sprays and consider yourself warned! Overall, I enjoy this fragrance and rate it 4.5/5

Average in many ways.

I expected more from Hawas. Many compare it to Invictus Aqua, and I can see why although Hawas has a fruitiness that invictus doesn't carry. At first it smells like an Abercrombie store, must be the orange peel, but that dries down quickly into something more mature. Very fruity, synthetic, with a dash of musk and sea salt, almost like a masculine gummy bear. The longevity is average; I get 3 hours on skin, but a long time on clothing 8+hours. I have the newer purple batch(22?). The price is average too, 60$ for a 100ml is what I paid. Not bad for an EDP, but if you know how to shop around you can afford quality brands at this price point. Ultimately as a blind buy I'm not completely disappointed, but I was expecting more from the highly hyped Hawas.

Exceptional cologne, exceptional value, lasting, full-bodied...

Gentlemen, if you are in the market to try a new fragrance without dropping 'Tom Ford/Creed' money to obtain, this is the one you have been looking for. This is a man's cologne. It is strong-positive crisp with proper accord, strongly aromatic woods with leather, pepper and oud that had excellent dry-down and remains obvious for 6 hours +. I would consider this an evening fragrance to wear with jeans and your favorite loafers or that black suit heading to a hot night club or perfect eatery with you lady. She will definitely notice, comment and sit much closer. You will have a GREAT NIGHT!

Fragrance for Fragrance Connoisseur‘s

This is not a fragrance you wear for others, it’s one you wear for yourself. This is a frag for fragheads, I don’t recommend high school kids go out and blind buy this, I seriously doubt this is gonna win teenyboppers any love with the girls. To me, it’s got way more leather than smoke, I love it but only in very small doses or else it gives me a headache. It reminds me of the leather in Tuscan Leather and/or LaYuqawam. Maybe I’m mistaking the smokey scent for leather but I am very sensitive to to the aroma chemicals used in leather fragrances and this one is no exception. While I toyed around with keeping this a well kept secret, I think it's worth at least sharing with other fragrance connoisseurs out there and who else will stumble across such a fragrance except those of us who enjoy finding new and unique smells to drape ourselves in? I will say it again, this is made for people who are passionate for fragrances, especially unique and exciting compositions, it's not for those who are looking to impress others, it won't increase ones sexual desire, I'm pretty sure most woman will not share my affinity for this scent. I love it more today than I did when I first reviewed it and my appreciation for it grows everyday that I wear it, which is more and more frequent because I can't get enough of it.

As the title suggest, Hawas is a complex version of Invictus/Invictus Aqua. I don't own Invictus but do have Montblanc Legend Spirit and they are not the same. MBLS is sweet bubblegum but light and airy less complex and does not have lasting power. Hawas is sweet like MBLS, less bubblegum vibe but also more complex with spicy and oriental notes. More denser, darker and lasting power. In short, Hawas is a beefed up MBLS with punching power but can give you a headache. 3 sprays is good enough for me. Bathing from head to toe is his most important ritual and is performed at every available opportunity, for the Hawas man cleanliness is a form of Godliness and is therefore the only house to worship in. Buy it and see for yourself; but take heart, there are other fragrances that don’t require such constitutions. However, when you buy it be prepared to step up!

Nice addition

So I have collected quite a few fragrances (30 plus bottles) and like to blind by from time to time. This fragrance was certainly hyped up and recommended so I purchased it. I can tell you that is projects really well on my skin for a solid 6-8 hours. For me the opening notes were bergamot, cinnamon , lemon, and light musk. Ideally, I think it’s more geared toward summer and spring time. But you could get away with it at night as well. For the price I think it’s a great buy. Complements were plenty. Worth the buy for the price point. 3-4 sprays is plenty as this one can come off strong.

Stunned by how terrible this smells on me

There are just thousands of reviews online talking about how wonderful this fragrance smells. It's touted as one of the safest blind buys of all time. So I blind bought it. I had no way of trying it anywhere. How in the world can so many people think this smells good?! It smells mostly like chemical fixatives with a light trace of some synthetic candy fruit under them. Godawful! It has good longevity. I'll give it that. One of the worst fragrances I've ever smelled. Whatever these horrible smelling chemical fixitives are, I've smelled them in other fragrances. Like: Bvlgari Aqva and One Million Intense. People love those fragrances too. They're called "mass appealing" just like this one is. I guess most people can't smell those chemicals? Lucky for them. That is nasty.

You can get this scent (or at least very close) via any number of other Invictus clones.BUT - you won't get them exactly like this, with this level of power.Sweet, bubblegum, marine notes... I them to buy fragrances that I've never seen or smelled before just for the adventure of something new.well boy was I surprise to smell this one.it has a really nice smell right up front, then it settles down really well.all the notes seem to play in harmony. I do feel you can easily overdo it with this fragrance. Its rather strong up front. I sprayed it on my forearm about 2:30 P.M., I have been out of the house since then and now returned home at 9:50 P.M. and I can still smell this cologne without closely sniffing my arm to see if it's still alive. With that said this is my type of stuff. Good fragrance.UPDATE: using two sprays on my wrist. this smell last about 5 hrs.
