I've been using 2-step step ladders forever. I'm getting older, so I really need something where I don't have to struggle to reach things. I got this for the 3rd step, but the tray was a really nice bonus.I didn't think the tray would be that big of a deal, but I've been putting up some things on my walls and it is so handy! There are a couple decently sized holes that hold my drill perfectly. There are some little sections that are perfect for holding screws, anchors, my measuring tape, etc.One thing that I really like is how far the handle extends past the 3rd step. Get it all put together and aligned, then start gradually tightening the hardware.Folding and unfolding is a little cumbersome, but not too bad.Overall, I'm really goad I got this. Overall this is a very nice 3 step ladder that is the perfect size for light chores around the house and gives you just a little more reach than you get out of smaller 2 step ladder. The ladder was easy to put together, folds and extends smoothly, and latches open firmly for when it's in use. My only real complaint about this ladder is the fact that the top "hoop" of the ladder, with the rubber pad for carrying it, is a separate piece that bolts into the main ladder base frame. This makes sense for reducing the overall shipping size of the ladder but it results in this hoop always having a little bit of wiggle/play to it regardless of how much you tighten down the hardware. I am not the tallest person and I live in a home with high ceilings, so I pretty much never met a step ladder I didn't like but this one...I LOVE! I was using a 2 step ladder for pretty much everything and that was fine (I'm not THAT short LOL) but there were still things I could not get to without busting out the BIG ladder...and finding this has eliminated that need. It is very stable and sturdy. The steps are very tough plastic which should be able to handle weight and last for a long time.4. Despite being sturdy, it's surprisingly light weight so very easy to handle.5. It is a great price.This is, bottom line, pretty much the perfect step ladder to have in your home...and it's a great value for the price too. It's pretty much the only one you would ever need. Highly recommend it!

solid and easy to use!

Just got the HBTower 3-Step Stool Ladder and it’s simply amazing. No more standing on chairs and nearly breaking my neck trying to reach high places. This ladder is super easy to fold and unfold, literally no need for a manual. The anti-slip pedal is a lifesaver, especially on my slippery tiled floors, and the steel handgrip gives that extra sense of security. Plus, the cushion rubber on the bottom of the legs is a nice touch for added stability. And it holds up to 500lbs, so it’s perfect for anyone. Honestly, this ladder is solid, secure, and super practical - exactly what every household needs in their home. Highly recommended!
