Head & Shoulders Dandruff Shampoo Classic Clean - 14.2 oz

Head and Shoulders is an amazing invention. It’s up there in rank with electricity and back scratchers FOR SURE. Thomas Edison would be proud. For context- I have long hair, crispy and broken from hair dye, frizzy, tangled, messy, wavy, knotty, naughty, stupid, and stupider. I’ve tried every fancy shampoo and conditioner in the book. I’ve done hair masks, oils, scrubs, brushes, serums, spells, etc. But it always ends up looking like sh*t. Whenever i use my boyfriends head and shoulders, my hair looks angelic. I don’t even use conditioner at this point. I have the same hair routine as my partner and let me tell you, it is GREAT. No more spending hours a day trying to get my hair clean and to cooperate. These are packed with oats, you could definitely taste the chocolate and the ingredients are high quality. They taste healthy and are loaded with fiber. They are a little smaller than regular granola bars so they are the perfect serving size for kids. Each bar is individually packaged for convenience which makes them the perfect on the go snack. I ultimately give them 3 out of 5 stars, because I personally don't like the taste. They are too oaty for me, so they tasted a bit bland. I did however like the mild sweetness. I still recommend these because they are a very good, healthy snack, and a great alternative to junk food.

Awesome and well worth buying it

For almost 20 years, my husband has been using head and shoulders, and he is extremely satisfied with it. I also use it, but only on my roots, and it works effectively for me. I want to give a tip to those who have oily roots, scalp, or skin (particularly men's faces): use head and shoulders shampoo in mint, green apple, or the original version. Avoid using shampoo and conditioner together, especially if you are a guy with oily everything, as it will only worsen the situation (guys with short hair don't need conditioner). Similarly, if you are male or female with long hair, refrain from applying conditioner on the roots or scalp; conditioner should only be used on the ends of the hair. I do not recommend using any types of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner.

Best shampoo in the game!

Definite Fan!

I haven't used Head & Shoulders in years - even a couple of decades. My parents have always used it, but my super picky hair never felt right as a teen and I just got used to using other products. However, I decided to give it another try because of the reputation for helping with dandruff. Living in a home that heats with a wood fireplace, dry scalp is the norm for Winter season - and I am not the biggest fan of it. I used this along with Head & Shoulders conditioner and, man, what a difference! This shampoo foamed up on the scalp well. There was no irritation the my scalp. It rinsed out easily enough. I can't say for sure but I can definitely say that this is one of the best shampoos for my hair that I have used as an adult - and I've been through many!

It is also nice to see that they are using 25% of recycled plastic in manufacturing this product.First, I love the fragrance and lather, and after one shower my skin doesn't feel as bad. Second, the quality and price are reasonable. A large bottle isn't that much. And third, you don't need a lot to get your hair clean. I tried the apple version, and it was nice too. But there's something about the original formula that feels more luxurious. I'm going to keep using this for a few weeks for relief from itchy scalp and body. Honestly, this winter has been awful! I'm so uncomfortable. This is a well-known product so I'm thinking the long-term results will be favorable.This is the only shampoo brand (specifically classic clean) that leaves my head feeling refreshed after i shower. Other shampoos leave my (thick) hair feeling like straw even in the shower forget when its dry! No issues combing my hair anytime of the day when other shampoos cause knots. My head feels clean, my hair feels great all day. 5* all around. My tablet will not let me select 5*s in quality and value...but it will for overall...Hmm... This (classic clean) formula is FAR BETTER than the original. This product truly holds up to its name: classic clean. It really hasn’t changed over the years and leaves both your hair and scalp feeling clean, lightly and fresh. I am happy to announce it seems to be a gentler formula than what it used to be though! It’s a great thing to have in your stockpile especially for folks who regularly deal with dandruff/psoriasis/dermal issues to use at least once a week, especially if they’re experiencing a lot of extra itching and buildup.

The Head and Shoulders Classic Clean Shampoo is my Husbands favorite shampoo to use because it works! This classic clean formula has a pleasant smelling fragrance that he loves but more importantly, it rids him of those embarrassing dandruff flakes! It also controls the itchiness and redness that he was experiencing prior to using this excellent working product. It has cleared up the dryness he was dealing with as well. He uses this product every time he lathers up because once you find what works you never want to go back. I can attest to the fact that his scalp is in the best condition it has ever been in using this excellent Shampoo. With that being said, my experience with Head & Shoulders’ new Dry Scalp Care formulation has definitely done the trick. I’ve seen a definite reduction on flakes and my scalp hasn’t had an itch that needed to be scratched. Mind you, I used to love H&S back in the day, but either the formulation changed or my sensitivity levels changed, I couldn’t use H&S anymore, until now. I am glad to say that I’m converted over to their new Dry Scalp formulation. While it still has SLS, it’s not over drying and it doesn’t strip the hair of its natural oils. My scalp doesn’t feel irritated nor does it tingle when it comes into contact with broken skin from unconsciously scratching a little too much and a little too hard. Accompanied with the Conditioner, my hair feels soft, nourished after every wash and my scalp is better off. Though my scalp is loving it now, who knows how it’ll react later down the track and with winter around the corner, my scalp’s condition could be worse... regardless, I’m grateful to have been a part of the REVIEWCREW and get the opportunity to try Head & Shoulders’ new Dry Scalp Care range, because I definitely wouldn’t have taken the plunge if I saw it at the shops. Please note that everyone’s scalp condition is completely different and how it’ll react will depend on your environment, how you maintain your hair, how you style/treat your hair, and whether it’s coloured or not. While I say this word of insight, the formulation is definitely much more gentle on my scalp and hair than any other formulation I’ve used, and I’ve used A LOT.

for hair growth!

I used to use natural shampoo & hair conditioner but since my hair got damaged by bleaching at hair salon :( I really need to grow my hair as soon as possible. I saw a dermatologist whom I follow introduced that ketoconazole, commonly anti dandruff shampoos contain, helps for hair growth. And some type of hair loss. My Canadian bf loves and uses this shampoo so I tried before buying for myself. I feel my scalp cleans. Since my hair is damaged, I apply sweet almond oil or coconuts oil on my hair to protect so not drying out too much. I do double wash, or wait about 4 minutes to have a best result, that's what I read too. Smells nice, not too strong.
