Very happy with Health Garden All natural Monk fruit with Erythritrol. I recently started the Keto diet and also needed to lower my sugar intake. When I have a sweet craving I use this and works well for me. Also tried it in baking and was pleasantly surprised. I like that its measures one to one like sugar. So very practical. i love monk fruit, would make monk fruit tea once a while, and know of what monk fruit is good for one's health!this sweetener is made of both Erythritol and Monk fruit extracts. while the proportion of these two natural sweeteners is not disclosed, i do not feel much flavor of monk fruit. by the way, erythritol is rumored to be link with blood clots and heart problems.
