Love my new knife and so easy to use, fits comfortably in you hand. Lots of power cuts the meat with ease perfectly.
Recently purchased this electric carving knife have used on roast and bread does it’s job well
I got this to replace a very oldddd Kenwood electric knife and it’s really just not as powerful or as effective. Fiddly to change blades. Just not as good as I expected. Disappointed.
Unfortunately, I believe the performance of this electric knife was pretty average. We tried to cut through meat and even tried on some fruit/vegetables but it would just not cut through. It barely made a dent on some of the items and using a regular knife was more efficient and effective.

The handle attracted me to purchase the knife and I was right so easy to use and control!It’s not noisy and the cutting action brings a smile to my face…makes carving fun not a chore.
