Not happy with the purchase. Doesnt look sturdy. Thinking to return. The lid is much more heavier than the remaining base unit. May be convenient for a house that has a snail stove. Only plus is the electric conduction. Dont know how it works.

Liked the item size, light weight and easy to clean. Item was used for cooking stir fries, omelettes, etc. Dislike that I have to keep an eye on the temperature control as sometimes the wok gets too hot and I have to reduce the cooking temperature. However, I am happy to recommend this item.

Great Electric Frying Pan for most cooking needs. It has a very good even temperature cooking surface, the thermostat working very well and the size is great for cooking a few different things at same time!
Seems to work reasonably well though time will tell. Non-stick surface is good. Heats up fast. The lid knob broke after a single use (heat effected) and the handles seem very flimsy as well. Thermostat on power chord seems erratic. Still waiting on Kogan to get back to me on replacing the lid knob. I have a feeling my request will be completely ignored?
Regretful purchase as handles are thin plastic and cheap cooking surface on wok. Wish I never bought as I used it once and won’t use it again
I bought this online, as we are an hours drive from Brisbane store. Very disappointed and will be returning the item this week. It is more like an electric frypan. Heat hard to regulate. It set off our smoke detector whilst heating oil for a stir fry. The chassis is very light and the plastic handles border on being soft. The cooking bowl is very tinny. Gave up using after three uses, and have purchased another Breville.
Don't buy this such a rip off. The first time I used it heated well then quickly lost its heat. Went to use it again no heat at all. Very disappointing purchase.
The first time I used this wok I thought it was broken. The wok heats up however after a minute or two the heat automatically reduces down to low even though you don't adjust the setting - stays that way for another 1 or 2 minutes then starts up again. You can't stir fry if nothing is frying in the pan food instead food is stewed as the heat isn't constant. Adjusting the heat setting to higher doesn't change anything. I have used it a couple of more times thinking that I would get used to it but definitely want to return and ask for a refund.
I’ve used this a couple of times now and it seems to work well. It has a thermostat so turns itself on and off to maintain the correct temperature during cooking. Just be careful to use both handles when carrying it as they feel a little flimsy.
