Reaches the required temperature quickly and cooks very well. The food has a fab Smokey flavour and tastes great! However, after the first couple of uses quite a few cracks have appeared and we're not sure how long it's going to last! Hopefully it won't continue to crack and eventually become unsafe to use. Only time will tell!

Arrived on time, but did not include the tongs as advertised.A very good size for a balcony unit. It takes some time for the coals to reach glowing embers before cooking.Overall a very good size for 2 people.

Received the hibachi by Lenox a few days ago. Used it tonight for the first time. Worked well, taste of meat was surprisingly good. Very good purchase
Can't fault this BBQ grill! Very easy to use & clean up afterwards and the food cooked very quickly & nicely. Love it so much that I highly recommend to all you BBQ freaks!
Love this hibachi grill. Easy to apply and use. Good for little bbqs. Korean style or Japanese. Love the natural taste from the coals rather than electric.Compact and very durable
Nice Hibachi but I think a bit too hot to put on the glass table on our deck. I use it on a piece of leftover stone bench top on out outdoor bar area. It needs a double layer of coals to get good heat so it cooked my big rib steak beautifully.
Great product. Delivery was quick. Online at Harvey Norman was a very easy process.
I brought this 1 year ago used it twice and the corner started cracking while I was using it. The bottom right hand side just fell of and the charcoal went everywhere. Meat was buggered.
