Love the Australian brewed heineken. It has a little more bite than the overseas version of this product. (my opinion) I avoid this overseas as it is overly floral and is sickly with no bite.Perhaps the imported version is aimed more at the ladies ?It is always my go to beer and is the one that disappears from the fridge before the other beers. If you don't like the Aussie brewed heineken buy the imported one for the wife. You have choice in Australia . I choose not to whine about it.
Heineken is my go to international beer. Unfortunately most of it is brewed under licence in Australia rather than in The Netherlands but thats what keeps the price down i guess. The flavour maintains most of the profile of its European bretheren. Great taste and nice finish.
