At first I felt a bit silly ordering cans of beans to be sent to me from halfway across the world because its like, obviously here in the US weve got plenty of options for all kinds of canned beans lol, but the thing is, NONE of them taste the same. Nothing we have here pairs quite right with meals in the same way, whether its sausages or good old beans on toast. Re: the latter, dont even get me started on our lack of decent mature cheddar!. Anyway, theres a reason Heinz beans are a staple food in the UK theyre just always dependably tasty, and so easy to heat up in a few minutes.

Had some with toast for breakfast, can’t complain about the overall taste. That being said, nothing really stood out about them, I couldn’t confidently say they’re superior to other (cheaper) brands. There is nothing much else to add regarding the taste, except it didn’t distinctly taste like tomato sauce necessarily, and I probably wouldn’t want it to. Texture is as it should be for good baked beans, tender but with a little texture to bite into. I would happily eat these again, but given the price discrepancy, would likely buy cheaper brands unless this was on a solid special.

The size of the can is a good portion for two person. Indeed for 1 it's a bit too much but for three it would have been not enough. Wasn't sure on what to accompany it with so I just heated in a pot and finish it with some grated cheese. I liked the beans texture, melting in the mouth and very smooth. What I disliked is the sugar content which was overwhelming at the first bite. I tend to pay attention to the sugar level and for one serving it was clearly a bit too much for my taste.

Heinz Baked Beans are a classic choice. The beans are soft and tasty, covered in a sweet and tangy tomato sauce. They're perfect on toast for breakfast or as a side dish. A comforting and satisfying meal option. While they may not be the most gourmet option, Heinz Baked Beans offer a comforting simplicity that’s hard to beat. It's the kind of food that brings back nostalgic memories and satisfies cravings. I purchase this by the case, that way it’s long lasting and you see your value in your money🫘🧡

The best baked beans. No other brand or alternative comes close. Staple cupboard item. Great taste and ingredients clear on the can. Essential for a cooked English breakfast. Tasty snack poured on buttered toast. Comfort food with mash potato. Perfect pairing with cheese in a jacket potato.

Heinz have a No.1 product with Baked beans. Many companies try, but Heinz for me wins hand down. Great anytime of the day, eith as an addition to a meal OR as a meal on thier own. Heinz Beans on toast on a cold winters morning, is a great way to start your day. Contains fiber. Also available in a reduced salt version, but for me, the original tadtes the best. LOOK OUT FOR Promotions and stock up, over 1 year before they expire.

I have always been a fan of beans, but I have never had a brand that could beat Heinz beans. The beans are perfectly cooked and have a great texture. They are not too mushy or too hard, just the right amount of firmness. The sauce is also very flavorful, with a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. I could eat these beans straight out of the can and be satisfied. Overall, they are delicious on their own or a great addition to any meal.

Good canned beans-Heinz beanz-good for breakfast Heinz beanz is a brand of canned beans that is quite good. The health index is four stars. The key is easy to eat. High fiber, low fat, high protein. There are many ways to eat. The first can be eaten directly with fried bacon and poached eggs. The second is to put in a sandwich, and smoked salmon or ham, plus cheese, lettuce together. Eat together. It's quick and nutritious for breakfast. The third is cooked with chicken. I had it at a friend's house. My friend used two types of beans, soy and black beans, and cooked them with the chicken, which absorbed the sauce from the beans and was quite good.

Well i was very worried that these beans arrived frozen solid ! I never froze a canned product before. I thawed them and they were fine . I like the beans they very much different than the American baked beans I was used too. Not as sweet and very good with eggs ! Now the one difference between other Heinz Beans is the last letter on some cans Beans is spelt with a S others I purchased Beanz is spelt with a Z ? Does this mean anything?

Jolly good beans

Met my wife in Singapore and started our family there. The children loved a "full English Breakfast" or even just beans on toast. None are better than Heinz Baked Beans. My children are now in their mid 30's and their children too love a FEB. That will be our Easter meal coming up soon.Finding Heinz Beans is a bit of a hit or miss situation at our regular grocers, so having a reliable source is great, along with the other items on your website. Glad I found Jolly Posh Foods.

Heinz are the go-to British brand when it comes to baked beans. The plump, fibre-rich beans are served in a tasty tomato sauce that's low in fat, making it a healthy snack or meal. The handy, smaller tin means you can dish up a single portion of beans and don't have to faff about with cling filming the can's reminense in the fridge!
