I'm a picky eater but I really like Heinz Curry Beanz. It is delicious. The curry flavor is not so dominant. Moreover, it is nourishing as it has a great source of protein. It doesn't contain saturated or trans fat. You can prepare easy, quick yet healthy snacks using this can. When I feel lazy, I use these beans to make bean burritos or serve as a side dish with rice.

I’m an American that watches a lot of British television. I first tried Heinz beans last year and are definitely not as salty as American beans. I do love them though! I just tried the curry variety and just a pinch of salt made them perfect. Wonderful curry flavor, slightly sweet, and very filling. These are a new favorite.

These are a wonderful flavor if your looking to pull away from traditional beans. The curry flavor is actually one of my favorites. You really get that Indian or East Indian powerful flavor and you feel like you are on holiday somewhere. It's bold and aromatic.

I haven't tried these yet but I've eaten the ones that are Curry flavour and the ones with Chilli flavour, so I'm anticipating that these will be of the same ilk. A tad expensive since Asda's own are easily doctored with a bit or chilli or a bit of curry powder and much cheaper. I purchased this as a offer of three different Heinz items. I've enjoyed the others so...........hopefully these will be just as good.
I always held the view that beans should be plain, and that anything else was just wrong, but I was talked into trying these - what a revelation - they are wonderful. Not hot at all, just tasting a little of gentle spices, coriander in particular, if you like beanz, I think you will love these!
No heat, don’t taste even slightly of curry, seem to be about twice as sweet as normal baked beans, but do taste slightly of cinnamon. I love a sugary cinnamon bun, for instance, but who on earth ever wanted sweet cinnamon beans? The sweet chilli ones beans are ace but Waitrose inexplicably do not seem to sell those.
I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. We don?t buy Heinz normally but thought we?d give these a try. They were not hot curry flavour more of a chip shop curry sauce flavour. We had them on toasted sourdough bread, it made a nice change to normal baked beans. Might buy again in future but normal baked beans are still the best.
I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I thought these were 'okay' but couldn't derive much of a curry taste and where I could it felt a bit synthetic. Also, not including sultanas in line with the original recipe felt like a bit of a cheat. I?m unlikely to buy for those reasons but if you like mild and dislike sultanas, it might be preferred by some for those reasons.
We love baked beans and especially enjoy them with a jacket potato. These were on offer so gave them a try; they taste fine, nothing special but they are just too expensive for what they are as indeed are a lot of Heinz products in my view.
Ocado sent me these to review. I'm old enough to remember when Heinz did a curried beans with sultanas which was even better. When the weather's too hot for beans on toast these are really nice cold with sultanas. Can easily make your own by adding curry powder (and ideally adding sultanas!)
