Heinz Curry Ketchup 500ml

This sauce looks like tomatoe ketchup but a bit more orange in colour. The bottle looked the same. It has the same texture as ketchup and the flavour is very similar with a hint of curry. It isn't spicy at all and is rather tasty. I have used it as a condiment with my dinner, as well as adding a splash to my home made curry! It added a lovely flavour. I found that it wasn't too sweet and my daughter, who is an extremely fussy eater, tried it and said she really likes it. It is a bit different and fun to try. I liked it and would recommend that you give it a try.

This has a very unusual taste , after using this a couple of times it has tasted different both times one was a very tomatoey taste on the other time it was more curry flavour. The packaging is a typical heinz packaging so you know exactly what your getting and with the curry word being pretty big and a different colour you can see if your searching the shelfs quickly which one your getting.the texture is as expected of a sauce. Value for money I don't feel is great as I wasn't a massive fan of this but my son who absolutely loved it said it was great value for money. I wouldn't buy this again personally but again my son would.

Heinz curry ketchup

Before this my only favourite Heinz sauce was Fiery Chilli Ketchup and it was stocked in a few major supermarkets but now it’s hard to find.I was seriously missing the taste of fiery chilli ketchup but not anymore.The curry ketchup is very tasty with grilled foods and it’s also slightly spicy which I’m pleased about. Now curry ketchup is my favourite.

Lovely

Received this as a feee sample. Not to overpowering taste of curry just the correct amount, definitely a mix between curry/ketchup taste you get the tomato when you dip but the curry after you swallow. Great size bottle and great packaging, over all great product. Maybe wouldn'Äôt pay full price for this but Heinz is a little dear now but you pay for what you get and Heinz is always great standards and the nicest 'Äúsauce'Äù brand around, great on a bacon sandwhich!

Lovely Flavour

I received this product free to review. I love Heinz Ketchup and was so happy to try the Curry Ketchup as it's two flavours I love. I was really pleasantly surprised as it combined both flavours perfectly, tangy with a lovely spice but not spicy. Lovely smooth texture too. I had it in a fish finger sandwich and it was perfect!

Not for me

Bought this based on all the high ratings. My first mistake was buying a 500ml bottle as it was the only size available. Had my first try and I was not sure if I liked it or not. Had more with some chips to see if tasted any better and the taste just got worse. I can only describe it as a combination of ketchup and cough sweets. I may be missing something but this is not for me and will be heading straight into the bin.

Not for me

I was quite excited to try this sauce blend - I like ketchup and I like curry sauce, so what can go wrong? Well sadly it turns out that combining the two just doesn'Äôt work. At least not for me. It tasted a little fragrant/floral which I didn'Äôt like. I probably won'Äôt be finishing the bottle and will likely end up in the bin. Yummy and different

I am not a huge curry fan usually but I have to say this is quite nice. It has the same texture as the usual ketchup but the curry taste goes really well with the tomato. The price is quite good as I checked but I did receive this for free in exchange for an honest review. I would likely buy again for a bit of a change. It would be even better if they did a less sugar and salt version of this too though.
