I bought this jacket last winter and am extremely happy. The shell is very durable. It's not the warmest jacket, but I new that when I bought it. Not being overly warm means that it's highly versatile. I bought it one size larger so that when it gets colder I can layer it with anything from a 1/2 zip fleece to a down hoody. Layered with a quality down hoody this jacket is great even in harsh Alberta winters. It's really a 3-season jacket for me. At this shockingly low price point for a HH jacket, it feels like a steal. Great buy.

Good value

I bought this coat online when Marks had a pretty good sale and also free shipping. I live on the West Coast so this medium weight lines coat is just right for our milder winters. The jacket seems to be well made and fits well. So far, I am pleased with this product especially since I got it on sale and didn’t have to pay for shipping.

Great jacket!

I bought this identical jacket maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Recently the zipper wore out. I was shopping all over the city looking for another jacket but couldn’t find one I liked. My wife went online and found me this one! It’s warm, fits well and looks great!

Horrible jacket.
7 February 2021

I've had the jacket for only 2 weeks and it's literally coming apart at the seems. Under both arms the seams have completely ripped apart. Jacket is garbage. Can't even return it right now now to lockdown.

Zipper wears out.

On my second jacket. Zipper is warm out and splitting again after only 3 months of wear. Sent my first one back after zipper stopped working after 2 months of wear. I'll be replacing the zipper with one not made of cheap plastic.Other than that the coat is decent. Good wind breaker, good warmth in northern Alberta winter with a decent base layer (when the zipper is closed lol).

not Helly Hansen standard quality

I am a very average sized person, everything is in a medium, and I work in new home construction. I have worn the Chelsea pants for 10ish years and have had no complaints with quality. This jacket has split at the right armpit seam twice in 2 weeks. Everything else with this jacket is good, lots of pockets, comfortable, just the seam in the armpit needs the gusset like the chelsea pants. I would not consider this "work wear", just "I look like I work" wear.
