I have been having a ton of trouble finding ski clothes that fit. Jackets were too baggy and arm length was same regardless of size of jackets leaving me swimming in sleeves. HH seems to generally make smaller clothes. Ordered this item and was a little worried as I saw another review mention the color was not true to the image (aka not grey), but was happily surprised when I opened it. It is a very light mauve/grey/maybe a slight purple to it but great color overall. Anyway, I ordered the XS. I am 5 feet 110 pounds and it fits perfectly. So happy with this purchase!!

I don’t understand the bad reviews on this. I am 5’5” 135 lbs and normally wear a small. I bought a small, and I think it fits great. I have worn it skiing a few times. Once was in 20 degrees with a windchill of 7 degrees. I was able to wear 3 base layers under it without feeling bulky, and with the wind whipping, I didn’t feel it at all in this jacket. It doesn’t have a ton of insulation, but that’s what their more expensive jackets are for…or add more layers to this one. I’m always cold, and I think this jacket does a good job for what I need it for.I love the phone pocket, though I wish it wasn’t the same one that also has the goggle cleaner. I also love the other pocket for your ski card. There are a lot of other great features, and I’d easily buy this jacket ... MoreI don’t understand the bad reviews on this. I love this jacket. It's fitted yet comfortable. I only gave it 4 stars, because I didn't love the color choices. I ended up buying black. It's a warm jacket, but for really cold days I wear a wool shirt and a puff jacket underneath it. Also, the armpit zipper is difficult to zip all the way up, because it gets caught in the mesh.

The weight of this coat is just what I wanted. It's an insulated jacket not just a shell. It isn't too heavy but heavy enough for a winter jacket! I ordered a 12 to give me plenty of room. I'm 5'7" and 150 lbs with broad shoulders. I wear a medium in my tops. The sleeves fit very nicely as for the length as well as the way they are fitted to your underarms. The fit it slim with a little down swoop in the back which I find more flattering for women. It isn't a long jacket but longer than some of the standard ski coats. Quality seems very good. Happy with purchase.
Love this jacket for downhill skiing. Very warm without being too bulky. Has under arm air vents which help regulate temperature. Love the phone pocket specially designed to keep your phone warm and operational on super cold days. Would recommend!
I loved this jacket and I was impressed with the quality. It has all the features that you would want in a ski jacket, e.g. powder skirt, large number of pockets, and waterproof exterior. I bought the jacket because I have tried other Helly Hansen models but they were all too long and I read this was great for petites. Unfortunately, I found this jacket too short and I was sorry to have to return.
It is a very warm and stylish women ski jacket. on a sunny day, I don't feel the difference from any other ski jackets out there. But on a windy cold day on the hill, this jacket did the magic and kept me warm all day. I don't feel the slightly cold with wind blowing in my body. Glad I bought it before the trip.
Fit, form, and function: this was perfect on the slopes in January.I'm 5'7", 130 lbs, with extremely long arms, narrow waist, broad shoulders, and a B-Cup bra. The Small fit perfectly, and I wear 3 thin but warm and stretchy layers underneath: cami, turtleneck, and thin Helly Hansen hoodie or 1/4 zip. Could have fit another thin layer but would have been way too warm. The waterproofing kept me dry when it was sleeting on the slopes in the Catskills. I run very cold, and thought it would be too light to be warm enough, but it was great at 20* F + wind.Looking forward to eventually using the powder skirt!Zippers are all strong and in all the right places, and everything is typical Helly Hansen super high quality. Love the jade color, too. Just perfect
Fit, form, and function--this is perfect for me on the slopes, whether it's nippy and 10 degrees F or warmer and sunny.I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs with extremely long arms, narrow waist, broad shoulders, and a B-Cup bra size. The Small fits perfectly and I wear 3 thin but warm and stretchy layers underneath: cami, turtleneck, and thin Helly Hansen hoodie or 1/4 zip.It seems like it would be too light to be warm enough, but it's not-- so toasty. And the waterproofing kept me dry when it started sleeting as we skied the Catskills.Equally good on sunny days. There are pockets in all the right places and I can't wait to use the powder skirt eventually.Zippers are strong, everything is typical super high Helly Hansen quantity. Love the jade color. Perfect!
This jacket delivers warm insulation without a lot of bulk. I wore it on a 12 degree day with a wind chill of 0, and it kept me warm with just a thin wool base layer. The wind protection was first rate. The number of pockets and their placement enabled me to carry everything I needed without feeling "poked."
