Since taking this Magnesium product, I haven't looked back. I've had stiff and sore calf and hamstring muscles for the last 10 years from an old back injury which caused some nerve damage in my lower spine and left me with some residual numbness in my right foot and leg. I get a huge relief from taking Blooms Magnesium. The taste is ok, I'm not keen on sweet drinks of any kind, mind you it's not over sweet... so it took a bit of getting used to, but honestly I can deal with that when I'm getting great results from it. I had taken tablets before of a competitors brand which did nothing. I felt relief after the first dose of this magnesium powder, it was like magic.

Its OK however it dosnt fully disolve, thats my only complaint
Gives good results , I use it for muscle spasms in my back which i get regularly.
It's OK, although it's meant for drinking and I was actually looking for magnesium powder without flavouring to be put into caps.

Able to manage assimilation through digestive system without adverse discomfit.
