I've been using ashwagandha for years. It helps level out those out-of-control monthly hormone swings. More recently, I developed MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity), and along with that came horrible anxiety. So when I find myself unable to calm my mind (especially before bed), or my body feels like it's vibrating on the inside (for lack of a better way to describe it), ashwagandha helps soothe and level out the anxiety. It also helps lower your blood pressure naturally. It's been an amazing godsend for me.

I love my ashwagangha herb. I previously used it in a different format, and I hated it. Taking it with a very simple, easy to use dropper is so much easier, and the size is good value for money. It tastes just like any liquid herb, and has a slight aftertaste of alcohol but it isn’t unpleasant. It is such an amazing quality ingredient, and it gives me so much energy, decreases my stress, and definitely benefits my mood. I feel so much brighter when I remember to take my drops, and I sleep better each night because of it.

I love this brand and I love this supplement! Such a great staple in my hoard of vitamin cabinet. This is a must - I love to take this in the evening when I need to take the edge off of the day from mom / wife life. My mood is CALM. I normally have a glass of wine after dinner but this has almost replaced the need for that ! Great quality ingredients , easy to take in a little glass of water and no after taste . Love !!

Formerly I take liquid aswagandha of other brands. I favor the liquid that has a natural, plant, herb essence. You can swallow it naturally, without diluting it with an additional liquid. This aswagandha is purely the chemical extraction. In other words, it?s identical to ethanol. If you enjoy drinking pure vodka with no chaser, this product is for you. This product is the equivalent to alcohol. I do not drink liquor. So diluting it with a hard juice, still cannot vanish the artificial chemical taste. If you prefer natural herb liquid aswagandha with a rewarding taste, avoid this product

I use a dropper full of this in a glass of water and drink it like a tea. At first, it tastes like dirt lol, but after a few days the taste gets better. Personally for me it helps me with the physical feelings of anxiety from stress. I have it in the morning to start my day. I like this alcohol free version because it tastes better to me.
Ok, I was trying this twice a day instead of the three days recommendation, and for the first two weeks I experienced some side effects: headaches in the morning, a slight burn in the genital area, which I understand from reading various publications that this is a potential side effect. As I read more, including potential liver damage I stopped, but started taking it back after two weeks mostly because I didn't want to waste the money I spent. Some of these side effects went away when I started taking it again recently. I love the taste of this formula and I think if you don't have any side effects I would definitely try it. I'm using this to help with stress & anxiousness & it seems to help. Granted, I'm in the middle of moving, have a geriatric dog that needs lots of care & lots going on, but I haven't gone postal yet! ;)- Tastes very earthy & sweet. I mix it with the Brain & Memory and Gladiola supplements from this brand in water & take it 2-3 times a day (when I remember! ).
