Taste is amazing and it’s not like your normal shakes. I’ve had them all. The ingredients are very simple and your not overwhelmed reading the label and what your putting in your body. For me it’s easy and I’m not getting bored of the same shake. I can take vanilla base and add different ingredients and make a different shake a day and not get tired of the same one.

I ordered here because pumpkin spice is a seasonal thing. It only comes around Thanksgiving and Christmas. I ordered it on Friday and my package arrived on Wednesday. If there are any women or men that are seeking to feel better or look better I would recommend this product. My mom, two sisters, and many others i know continue to take this product even after reaching our goals because we are happy with our results. These are 2 of my faves! Cafe latte Raspberry white chocolate flavour. They mix really well with water, taste great and keep me feeling full. I mix mine with protein drink mix. They are quite expensive, but when you consider that they are packed with 25 vitamin and minerals and replace meals I recommend them. They do contain Oat and Soy though so not great if you have intolerance.

Struggled with meal replacement shakes in the past but this one is amazing. I add the extra protein mix and can honestly say it keeps me feeling full for hours. So much so, I have to remember to snack! Only on first week but already my clothes are loosening and I feel a lot healthier. Not as sluggish as normal. And certainly not hungry like I’ve been on other plans. Loving it so far and the shakes tastes gorgeous, especially chilled with ice. Give it a go!
