Received in good condition. 1st time trying as watched a Douying video of a nutritionist recommended this supplement. hope it's as good as recommended to help with my issues.After trying out for 2 weeks it does help me to sleep better in the night.

Easy to take. I've had a Gastric Bypass and need to keep an eye on my B12 levels. My B12 levels have been down but with Herbs of Gold Activated Sublingual B12 it's the best it ever been.
This is my favourite go to for noticeable sustained energy throughout the day. I also notice a considerable improvement in Immune function throughtout winter, find i am able to deal with everyday stress along with a noticable improvement in memory and concentration when I take this product.
