I found this product worked as well as a "practitioner only" bromelaine I have used previously! It also gives ten more capsules for less cost than the other!As I am a herbalist/iridologist practitioner I was rather sceptical when trying this one but as my usual supplier has been out of stock for six weeks and I desperately needed some for pain relief I went ahead to try it!Very pleased with the results, thank you!Christine gregory

I have always suffered badly from Sinus in winter particularly as neighbours have wood fires. This winter I have hardly suffered at all. it might sound strange but there is a difference in taste in my mouth if I have a slight sinus attack. I iniuially started using as there was a research report from Japan saying it reduced spots in eyes but I have noticed no great difference after 3 months use.
Excellent value for a great product. I was prescribed Bromelain for my post-op inflammation and it has helped immensely. Herbs of Gold brand is widely stocked in Health Food stores but there I paid $45 for a bottle. Very happy to buy bulk and save $20 on each.
It's my 2nd time breastfeeding and for some reason, I felt like my flow had dropped and my bub was really fussy for a few days at around 2.5 months. After taking this, I swear it all just equalised once again. A great product! I also tried lactation cookies, but didn't feel the same outcome.
