My mother was told to take 2 herbs of gold macuguard per day by the optometrist 14 years ago, each year at her eye test she is told that her macular degeneration has not worsened, she celebrates her 100th birthday in 3 weeks and is still enjoying her colouring books, word search and crosswords thanks to having wonderful eyesight.

My husband recently had eye surgery and we watched a show on TV called "Trust Me, I'm a Doctor" where the beneficial results for macula eye health after taking the same ingredients as are in the Macu-Guard plus Bilberry tablets by Herbs of Gold were documented. My husband's post operative follow ups show very little scarring and we are quietly optimistic that the anti-oxidant benefits of taking these tablets are the reason. We certainly hope that Herbs of Gold keep making this product. We are also very happy with the quick and reliable service we have had from City Health and for their excellent communication with their customers.

Herbs Of Gold one tablet a day has so far improved my vision enough to to hold a drivers license in my local area. Without Macu-Guard I would have been unable to pass the eyesight test for my license years ago.
My husband had an operation for detached retina where it took the macula with it. The macula peeled off like wet newspaper. My husband lost his sight in that eye. We acted quickly and the next day our eye surgeon did a brilliant job in Sydney Eye Hospital. Afterwards my husband wanted the best possible outcome for recovery and so he started taking the Macu- Guard tablets, one a day. So far recovery has been very impressive. Of course he will never recover perfect vision because of that retina, he still has a very slight distortion because of the retina..but he can see and his macula is very healthy.
