I am taking Quercitin for chronic sinusitis. What Quercitin seems to have done for me is block the histamine effect so that it stops the post nasal drip, it is brilliant. I couldn’t ask for more in a natural supplement. This to me is a powerful aid to making me feel better by getting rid of thethick head feeling and sick in the stomach feeling, and the drippy nose. Thank you Herbs of Gold for making something so effective. I discarded the prescription as long as my arm from the doctor. I am also taking Bromelain Forte to reduce the inflammation of my sinuses with Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2.

I was very pleased to find this product and even more pleased as it was on special. I have given the 2 bottles I purchased to my daughters but I intend to purchase more for myself.
This is a great product to aid with combating allergies and general immune system support. I use it in conjunction with Vitamin C and Vitamin B Complex to support me through Winter and into Spring with the higher pollen counts. I find it very effective but can cause a dry mouth if taken at night.
My naturopath recommended this product to help in building and maintaining the immune system for the lungs, respiratory etc. Considering Covid-19 and the importance of our breathing, I thought it would be a good product to help build and maintain good health. I am quite fit so generally don’t have any respiratory problems so don’t really know what the difference would be if I didn’t take any. Great believer in prevention rather than cure.
This was recommended to me for my dogs itchy skin. I’ve changed him to a raw diet and eliminated the proteins that he is intolerant to but he was still a little itchy (think it’s grass). He has one tablet in the morning with his food and it’s working really well. He is now mostly off the drugs the vet prescribed, he may need 1 tablet every 2-3weeks whereas before we changed his diet & put him on these tablets he would be on the vet meds 3 x a day!
Purchased on recommendation for post Covid recovery/ prevention long Covid. I had very mild Covid but could feel my body struggle with energy levels. Kept up quercetin and within two weeks was back to pre Covid energy. I stopped taking quercetin. I felt a drop in energy and felt like I might be getting a cold sore. I hadn’t had one in years. Started taking quercetin again and that tell tale tingle of a cold sore trying to emerge (dread!) was gone and I feel in good spirit and health. I do recommend quercetin .
Took 6 weeks to arrive, but due to the pandemic it’s a product in hot demand all over the globe. I’m very happy that I have my own little supply to optimise my immune system during the tough times ahead. Quercetin is an anti-0xidant and a good one The quantity per capsule is fine. Unlike many supplements it’s not dilted with a lot of other stuff for marketing. The price is fair. After one bottle only I don’t expect to notice any difference in my health and I haven’t as yet. That doesn’t mean its not quietly improving my health. I hope so.
