I take Vit B2 for migraine
I use this because it helps with skin cancers, as I am on a lot of medication that being in the sun brings more out, I find this a benifit
I was involved over 18 months in research by Dr Damian of RPAH and others at Westmead Hospital 2012 to 13 in which subjects took 2 x 500 mg nicotinamide B3 tablets daily or a placebo. A significant reduction in actinic skin cancers compared with numbers in years leading up to the research, was found. Throughout the research we were mentally tested and photographs were taken of key areas (facial, hands etc) to verify the conditions. Since that time my wife and I have taken 2 daily sticking with theHerbs of Gold brand. I have found Mr Vitamins cheaper, faster and reliable in service than other providers.
