Love love love this. My daughter is in 7th grade and needed a bigger sturdier bag that would hold her laptop. Great laptop divider, magnetic straps, drawstring closure also. Shoulder straps are nice and thick and extra cushion on the back side of backpack. Lots of room and awesome material. She has always had North Face backpacks and she loves this one way more.

I purchased this backpack to use when I travel for work. I have a 15 inch laptop so I needed the bigger size. I was a bit worried about it looking "too big" on me but it was perfect. The laptop sleeve is so secure and does not actually touch the bottom of the backpack so when you put the backpack on the ground or table, your laptop will not slam on the floor. I also used this as a carry on when traveling and it fit WAY more than I anticipated. Awesome purchase...glad I did it!

I bought this backpack a couple of weeks ago, I have been a fan of Hershel backpacks for the last months and I was really excited. The only two problems I have experienced so far though; are: 1) The laptop sleeve is quite small and it fits my laptop only by pushing it, and 2) It came with a little white stain on the side.Overall a great looking product. I only wished it had a little bit more pockets inside rather than an open space without divisions at all.

The bag looks great and good quality. I especially like the material of the bag, which is different from most Herschel bags. I hope this bag will last longer than my cotton Heschel backpack, which tore at the bottom. Also, I feel like it can hold a lot of stuff, which is very convenient. The only thing I disliked about that bag is that it looks huge on me (I am 159 cm). I am used to 18L bags, but I wanted to try a bigger one to fit more stuff in without breaking it like my old one, but it is just not doing it for me and that is why I will exchange it for the mid-volume one.
I've been using this backpack as a work bag now for a few weeks. It's been great for carrying around my laptop, 2nd screen, lunch, notebook and still leaves room to spare! The double exterior side pockets are also great as I can take both my coffee and water bottle along without having to worry about them leaking inside the bag. I highly recommend this bag and only wish it had an extra exterior zipped pocket and a small pocket inside.
I have been a huge fan of Herschel for a long time and this backpack has been a continuation on a string of hits. It’s super comfortable to wear, very compact, and really durable. I owned another Little America and it was awesome; I used it through 4 years of Uni and still use it today. This newer version has clearly received upgraded designs and materials without losing any of the functionality of the original.
I bought this backpack the day after Christmas because I've been using the same backpack since high school and now that I've been interning down in LA along with transferring to a major university I definitely required an upgrade. I had the intention of buying the navy blue due to the sale but the all black had my heart so I paid the extra $30 and got what I wanted.10/10 love this backpack had been eyeing them for years and it definitely lived up to the expectations.Couldn't be happier
I got the backpack primarily for work but also as a day pack for general purposes. I'm pleased to say it works great for both! I firstly love the style which can fit both professional and casual environments. Definitely stands out among the pack. The space is also great for all the essentials with accessible pockets for keys, wallets, water bottles etc. The laptop sleave feels secure and protective. For day-to-day use, I think it's the perfect allrounder.
I bought this backpack for work/my laptop so I didn't have to carry several bags with me everyday. I chose the sea spray color because the pictures online (for me at least) seem to have a more teal tone to them, but it is a bit more green than I expected. I bought the standard size and it's got plenty of space. Probably a little more than I needed and could have downsized to the mid-volume. However, I do wish that there was another pocket inside the pack, maybe not a zipped pocket, but something to place a glasses case or otherwise so everything isn't all piled bottom up.
I received this from warranty as the fake leather straps on my previous model snapped broken. Support was great and shipping was fast. The water bottle pockets are a nice addition. Extra zipper pockets are also great. It is lighter than the previous model and the lock-in mechanism is excellent.However, this looks much cheaper than before: the material is thinner and any rain soaks it. There is no padding or breathable mesh in the back, making you sweat a lot. The fake leather straps look real cheap. The inside is no longer coloured, making it very difficult to see inside if there is little light and taking away one of the coolest things of a Herschel backpack.
