The 8” Titum performs like a champ. It comes under to temperature quickly and uniformly, and has excellent non-stick performance. I like having the confidence that it’s durability will last for those times when there’s an occasional opportunity to scratch and it doesn’t. Also, it cleans up extremely well.

This nonstick skillet is great for cooking everything even browning steak. Thought I bought it for sunny side up eggs but ended up using more recipes. It’s high quality and look durable. It’s different from nonstick cookware I used before. Highly recommend getting this.

I’ve been searching for a nonstick dishwasher safe skillet for scrambled eggs and two-egg omelets. This pan does a great job! Heating is consistent and clean up is easy. I can’t bring myself to use metal utensils in it though.

I bought two non-stick saute pans with cover and they work great, especially quick response to induction heat adjustments. The cover is unique and easy to use with valuable vents. It's possible to cook a sunny-side-up egg with nothing but this pan - no butter, no utensil - just slide the egg out of the pan on to plate when done. Totally satisfied with this purchase.
We received the pan promptly and it was well packaged.First hand one thoughts were, wish we had bought larger than 8" to cook more than one egg. Although you can land more than one egg but that was our initial feeling.The pan has lived up to its promise that the eggs do not stick.After one month of daily use, we have not observed any deterioration and we really like that the rivets do not protrude into the frying area.
I've gone through a bunch of non-stick pans, Le Crueset, All-Clad, and more. After using these for a few weeks, these TK Insignia Titum are my favorite! They are easy to use, responsive, heat very evenly, and are a joy to hold. As a bonus, they clean up well, and look great!
My wife and I love to cook and have several pots and pans from many of the top brands that most Americans are familiar with and we're happy with all of them. We needed a small saute pan and I happened to see an article in the New York Times that gave a rave review about Thomas Keller's new cookware. I'm wary of merchandise from celebrity chefs but the Hestan website emphasized quality and we decided to give the pan a try, along with the universal lid. Wow! They exceeded all our expectations and are the best cookware we have-by a long shot. Already browsing for other items.
I bought this wonderful pan ONLY becausei had previously bought 2 nano pans that were the right size for us and our cooking and I was so impressed with the nano. Fabulous pans! I have not trusted non-stick pans but trust Hestan/Meyer and Thomas Keller so thought I would give it a try. Glad I did. I use it every day - crepes, eggs, whatever, the pan is weighty and lives up to the non-stick designation. A breeze to clean too. Can't go wrong.
I cook almost every day. Other than sheet pan and Dutch oven dinners, I use the Hestan Pro Bond large and small skillets. They, literally, are life changers. Preheat them well, don’t immediately start stirring, and the results are excellent. Foods release from the pan so much more easily than with stainless. Clean up takes just seconds instead of many minutes with Bar Keepers Friend and scrubbers.
This is such a high quality pan. I needed something small for omelets and this is perfect. Some may say it's crazy to pay so much for a pan but I say it's crazy NOT to - you get what you pay for. This is now my favorite piece of cookware and the rivets being flushed are a HUGE plus for cleaning. I use it exclusively for eggs and it's wonderful and I feel safe using it. I am looking at other pieces! Youdeserve to treat yourself!
