I have several of the Hidrate bottles, and this one is by far my favorite. I feel like by making the base bigger around it sits up better, and the puck you put in the bottom on this larger bottle is much larger and sits much better on surfaces. I feel like it takes a lot longer to sense when I set it down, but that's a small complaint. Also, because of it's size and being steel, it is pretty heavy when full. The bottle itself is a wonderful idea for those who are so busy and need a little push to keep up with hydration. Customer service is even quick and helpful! The reason for my review is because I purchased the 32 oz HidrateSpark Pro and it was defective. When I received the bottle I immediately charged it but after leaving it overnight on the charger it never fully charged. I tested the power source which was fine and troubleshot with customer support but could never get the bottle to work so I returned it. I really was bummed considering how much I’ve loved my past HidrateSpark bottles. The bottle works great and it has helped me tremendously on improving my water intake and would and have recommended it to others already. However I would do a couple of things if possible to improve the product. One is for the bottle to give you a notification via the app or the bottle glows a color of my choosing when the battery is low. The second thing is a notification in the app that you are behind also, that way if you miss the glow reminder if you are too busy at work, for example, to see it glowing. Lastly, if you would sell a 32 oz straw with the bottle because I only saw a 20 oz. straw the last time I was on the site. Perhaps you could also make a straw holder that you can attach or built into it would make the product absolutely great to use. Today is my birthday and the first thing I did when I got up was to order a Hidrate Spark Pro 32oz. This is an upgrade from my Hidrate Spark Pro 21 ounce version. I will no longer have to make 4 to 5 trips to the water cooler for refills on a daily basis. I am a physician and many of my patients asked me how do I stay motivated to drink water on a regular basis. I absolutely love the new Hidrate Spark Pro 32oz. I have several hidrate bottles 2 plastic ones with the stick in the lid. And the other one was a purple hidrate spark 21oz. I have loved all of them. I have a medical condition i do not have a colon. And i need to keep my water intake up. So having the Hidrate bottle with the tracker is so awesome. It actually has helped me so much from getting dehydrated. As i had to have my colon removed. You dont realize gow much water your missing from food and drink. I am so very thankful that i found Hidrate bottles. And i love my new Hidrate Spark Pro and so glad you made a larger size. Love the 32oz size. And how it stays cold for 24hours. This is a fine water bottle. Obviously the biggest feature of this particular brand is the light up feature and Bluetooth pairing.I like that it lights up and reminds me to drink (which is particularly helpful when I'm at work). I'm happy with the amount of water it holds (32oz) and the fact that it's insulated and the straw feature is solid.However, I have 2 major issues for the price tag:1. The handle. It's just a little flimsy loop that barely fits around my finger. Not helpful at all, especially when I have multiple things to carry around. My previous bottle was $25 and had a solid plastic handle I could grip with my hand, which I am really missing now...2. IT DOESN'T FIT IN ANY BOTTLE HOLDER SLOTS. It worked for one sip then stopped tracking properly until it got a firmware update, which threw away all data between my first sip and the update. Two days later it reported that I had reached my goal by 10am but I hadn't even had a sip that day. When I reported the bug, the company says that you can't put it in a refrigerator -- a fact not even included in the documentation that comes with the device and doesn't show up in a search online. In fact, the search results say you can do this, but they claim it's for their plastic version.
