Easy to use web site and I placed my order mid afternoon and received delivery the next day. I am located regionally, not a capital city. This was beyond my expectation. Exceptional service. Thank you.

Great product with one big design flaw. I don't understand why they have added an alarm and strobe light without making it waterproof. If you wall mount it the speaker vents will be facing upwards allowing water to get in. There is no membrane under the vents/grille to stop any water getting in so it's not IP rated hence can only be used indoors. Outdoor use will void any warranty claims.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND AMAZING SERVICE FROM DIY SECURITY CAMERAS
No troubles installing. Works perfectly.
DIY Security have always been very prompt, no fuss and accurate. Great serviceHikvision 6MP turret works as expected - installation no issue.
The best Camera so far for night time vision up to 80m!!!
My initial impression when u boxing it is that its quite large but looks well made with a metal casing. The base looks a bit tight to hold the LAN connection so I will get the base for it. I am still playing with it and setting it up currently but it the picture quality looks good in daylight. I have still to test it at night. There are alot of settings to tweak things with. Overall I am pleased with it.
