Delivery of the replacement rope/line was timely. There were no instructions however there was a website to download the online instructions.Only issue was that I wanted a green, not a grey, but I was told there were none in stock.

Very happy with our replacement cord. Certainly superior to the standard cord. Less stretch, it feels like it will last quite a while.

The line worked out easy and with sufficient Paperwork to run it together smoothly. No problems at all. More than enough cable for my system. Thank you so much.
I found this product performing a search on the internet. Despite a little delay due to the Christmas public holiday, the transaction was efficient with good feedback and communication. This line is the genuine replacement product from Hills, and I believe it is well priced. It replaces perfectly my old 16 year old line on our Hills Hoist! Thank you lifestyleclothesline.com.au for supply the geniune Australian product.
Purchased the replacement clothesline after 17years service from the old line.Ordered the line through the Lifestyle Clotheslines web page which was very straightforward, with the ordered line arriving a few days later. The replacement line is very good quality and I'm confident this will last as long as the original line.Whilst waiting for the replacement line we downloaded the line replacement instructions for our model of clothesline (Foldaline Villa) and located the line tensioner key (amazing feat given the age of the clothesline).A couple of tips that we found very helpful and I recommend are to lay out the line up and down the yard and leave for about a day (we left it a couple of days due to rain), doing this reduces the line twisting into its old shape. ... Another is to leave the outside line on while starting from the inside which can help to ensure the hoist arms are square to each other and not pulled out of shape.Lastly follow the instructions, they do help. We've used our line for a couple of weeks now without any issues.
The item was as described. Would have preferred it if the cord had come in green instead of white so that it blended in with the clothesline itself. The video on the website, for replacing the cord was fantastic. Couldn't have done it without.
Not much really. Recently purchased clips and new wire to fix my clothesline, only to find that the clips were unsuitable. After waiting for six weeks for both items which arrived separately, and wasting $111.00 was therefore left with copious incorrect clips and oodles of line. Hubby ended up purchasing a new hills hoist from Bunnings.
Excellent, exactly what I need. This is to replace the old sagging line. I have been looking for this everywhere in almost 5 years but could not find it anywhere including Bunnings, etc. One day, the ad just popped-up on my screen while I'm on Facebook. Ola! there I found it thus ordered straight away. Delivery also came earlier than expected so its an added bonus. Lifestyle is a Lifeline as well.
Bloody useless lasted three days before it started to sag. The one from Bunnings lasted a bit longer but bloody useless too. The original lasted 10 years as it had a wire centre these cords are rubbish, as soon as you put wet towels on the like they begin to sag. useless, useless, useless. I wasted my money on both occasions.
